冲压超薄料:0.1 mm 及以下

简短回答:冲压 0.1 mm 及以下的带材对于触点、屏蔽罩和弹簧片来说是可行且常见的,但规则会改变。模具间隙应为每侧厚度的 5–10%,因此在 0.1 mm 时大约为 0.005–0.010 mm。送料必须精确到优于 0.02 mm,带材必须平整且通常需要润滑,如果间隙错误,边缘质量会迅速下降。典型可实现的公差在好的情况下为 ±0.02 mm,常规为 ±0.03–0.05 mm。材料,而不是压力机,通常是限制因素。
