冲压金属隔热罩:热防护设计指南

冲压隔热罩的实际作用

辐射热以电磁能形式传播,不需要空气流动。隔热罩的作用是在热源和被保护零件之间的视线路径上放置一个表面,然后处理该表面吸收的能量。三个机制很重要:

  • 反射:光亮、低发射率的表面将辐射能反射回热源。
  • 再辐射:隔热罩升温并重新发射,但如果自身发射率低,发射速率会大大降低。
  • 传导和对流:隔热罩与零件之间的空气间隙增加热阻,隔热罩自身的低导热率减缓热路径。

反直觉的一点是,同一材料的光亮反射面和氧化面表现截然不同。裸抛光铝的发射率接近 0.05;同一表面严重氧化或阳极氧化后发射率升至约 0.8。这一个数字对隔热罩性能的影响可能超过厚度加倍。因此,第一个设计决策不是“多厚”,而是“哪个表面朝向热源,以及如何表面处理”。

铝化钢是主力材料:钢芯提供强度和成形性,富铝表面提供反射性和耐腐蚀性。不锈钢 409 和 439 常用于面向排气的隔热罩,因为它们能承受高温和热循环而不剥落。裸铝是最好的反射体,但温度上限最低,因此适用于电子设备和中等温度屏蔽,而非排气。镀锌钢是廉价选择,但锌层在约 400°C 以上会退化,因此应远离排气热源。

厚度是次要杠杆。隔热罩通常为 0.2–2.0 mm。从 0.5 mm 增加到 1.0 mm 会增加质量和刚度,但对辐射性能影响很小;增加厚度是为了耐用性和 NVH(噪声和振动),而非热原因。如果零件需要更高刚度,成形加强筋或压筋通常比增加厚度更便宜。

间距是最未被充分利用的杠杆。小空气间隙迫使热量穿过低导热层,并让隔热罩本身运行更冷。两层薄隔热罩中间有空气间隙,性能优于一层双倍厚度的隔热罩,因为每个界面都在更低的温度下再辐射。这就是为什么好的排气隔热罩通常做成双层壁而非单层厚板。

通风孔需要谨慎。切割槽或百叶窗让对流空气通过是可以的,但每个孔也是辐射的窗口。如果被保护零件通过通风孔在直接视线内,通风孔就破坏了隔热罩。槽的方向应打破视线,而不是打开视线。

一个实例说明了这一点。一个 1.0 mm 铝化隔热罩,裸反射面,10 mm 空气间隙,可以使塑料外壳远低于其 105°C 限值,而附近排气管路温度接近 400°C。厚度加倍,间隙缩小到 2 mm,同一外壳温度会更高,因为金属现在提供了穿过间隙的短传导路径。先设计间隙和表面,然后根据耐用性确定厚度。

安装、成形和卡扣

隔热罩几乎总是分段并用成形凸耳、卡扣或螺栓安装,而不是焊接到被保护零件上,因为焊接会产生传导路径,将热量直接传入你试图保护的物体。常见方法:

  • 成形间距凸耳,在模具中设定空气间隙,使间隙可重复而无需额外硬件。
  • 弹簧卡扣或推入式紧固件,夹住导轨或螺柱,允许热膨胀而不开裂。
  • 开槽螺栓孔,使隔热罩随温度膨胀和收缩而不会在固定点撕裂。

测试和常见失效模式

隔热罩的可靠测试是在热源和被保护表面上都布置热电偶进行热浸测试,运行至稳态,然后经过几次热循环。单次稳态读数可能美化一个在循环下开裂的设计。

反复出现的教训是,隔热罩在边缘、通风孔和安装处失效——而不是在板中间。设计边界要像设计表面一样仔细。

公差、模具和需要提供的信息

问:更厚的隔热罩效果更好吗?

问:隔热罩应该抛光还是涂层?
