当零件变得如此小时,有两件事会发生变化。首先,带材很薄,因此行为不同:薄材料会偏转,在冲裁过程中散热不良,需要接近零间隙的模具才能产生干净的边缘。其次,每一粒灰尘、0.005毫米的模具磨损以及每微米的带材厚度变化都会在零件上显现出来。这就是为什么微冲压要在精密连续模上完成,配备导向脱料板、硬质合金或精磨工具钢模块以及过程传感,并在清洁、温度稳定的压力机内进行。
