冲压速度与质量:设定每分钟冲次

简短回答:每分钟冲次(SPM)不是当零件开始变差时才调低的质量旋钮——它是由压力机、送料系统、模具和材料共同决定的生变量。在典型的机械压力机上,小型级进模工件运行速度为 150–400 SPM,精冲为 40–120 SPM,而厚板或深拉深工件则降至 20–60 SPM。运行速度越快,产量越高,单位成本越低,但也会加剧模具磨损、模具发热、送料误差和毛刺,因此有用的上限是工艺仍能保持其公差和毛刺限制的最快速度——通过实际零件的 SPC 验证,而不是从目录中猜测。

为什么冲次率是质量决策

每小时产量是每分钟冲次与每冲次合格零件数的乘积——在级进模中通常为一个,在多腔模具中有时更多。SPM 翻倍看起来像是产量翻倍,但前提是工艺能保持稳定。在某个速度下,模具不再可靠地清除废料,送料失去抓力,带料过热,或模具磨损加速到毛刺高度超出规格。这个点就是实际上限,并且每个零件都不同。

因此,速度下的质量是一个余量问题。以最大稳定速度的约 70% 运行的工艺有余量来吸收轻微的材料变化、模具磨损或送料打嗝,而不会产生不良品。而固定在绝对最大速度的工艺则没有余量,第一个小扰动就会表现为废品。正确的 SPM 是在保持舒适余量的同时最大化产量,使关键尺寸的 Cp 和 Cpk 在整个运行过程中保持在大约 1.33 以上。

冲次率还改变了整个项目的经济性,而不仅仅是压力机。更快的产出将固定模具成本分摊到每小时更多的零件上,并降低了模具的有效成本,这就是为什么一个能以余量快速运行的设计比一个只在纸面上快速运行的设计更有价值。当你抵制将压力机推到极限的冲动时,你真正购买的就是余量。

压力机类型、驱动和负载设定了外部极限;模具和送料设定了实际极限。小型、轻质零件且送料长度短可以运行得非常快,因为滑块需要停止的质量很小,带料在冲次之间几乎不移动。重型零件、长送料和深成形会减慢一切。

速度与质量的权衡:实际变化

当 SPM 上升时,几件事同时发生变化。模具和带料中积聚热量,即使每个零件的磨损保持平稳,每小时的模具磨损也会增加,并且送料没有足够时间稳定,因此短送料和误冲变得更可能。下表将你最可能看到的症状映射到其真正原因。

送料系统设定了一个设计师经常忽视的硬上限。机械夹爪送料需要时间抓取、推进、释放和回退;伺服送料可以更快,但有其自身的扭矩限制,而长送料长度无论压力机运行多快都需要每个冲次更多时间。当送料限制速率时,增加压力机速度完全没有用处。
