定制散热器原型:快速获取样品的途径

CNC 加工可处理挤压无法做到的事情:交叉钻孔安装孔、螺纹凸台、阶梯基板、热管腔体以及非恒定翅片高度。它还能在平面度和基板厚度对热性能真正重要的特征上保持 ±0.005 mm。

无需模具成本的迭代

工程师很少第一次就选对翅片间距。使用 CNC,将翅片厚度从 1.2 mm 改为 1.0 mm,或将间距从 3 mm 改为 2.5 mm,只是 CAM 更改——而不是模具更改。这是即使生产将采用挤压,也要加工原型的最大理由。

铝以外的材料

如果原型需要铜基板、铜钨嵌件或带铝翅片的铜块,加工通常是唯一快速的途径。铜的加工性能与 6061 不同——它更粘,产生更多热量,需要不同的进给——但经常加工两者的车间不会将其视为特殊请求。

何时挤压或冲压更快

标准型材,切割至长度

如果您的设计与现有挤压型材相差几毫米以内,切割和加工库存是最便宜且最快的样品途径。典型周转时间为 2–4 天。您获得真实的挤压合金性能、真实的表面光洁度以及行为类似生产的零件。

冲压和折叠翅片堆叠

CAD 阶段的几个决策可以缩短原型数天时间:

  • 保持翅片深宽比可加工。 非常高、非常薄的翅片在切削力下会偏转。如果您需要大约 10:1 以上的深宽比,预计需要铲齿或不同工艺,并预计报价时间更长。
