散热器用铝合金:6063 vs 6061 vs 1050

简短回答:对于大多数挤压散热器,选择6063——它以最低成本挤压成薄而复杂的翅片,导热系数约为200–210 W/m·K。当散热器需要机加工、承载或需要螺纹和严格公差时,选择6061;其导热系数约为165–180 W/m·K,但加工干净且能保持±0.005 mm。当最大导热性比强度更重要时,选择1050,其在柔软、高成形性的带材中导热系数约为220–235 W/m·K。6063和1050之间的导热系数差距通常低于15%,因此几何形状、翅片厚度和基板扩散通常在合金选择之前就决定了性能。

为什么合金选择比大多数工程师预期的更不重要

每位热工程师都遇到过同样的论点:“使用纯铝,它导热更好。”这在技术上是正确的,但在实践中具有误导性。散热器的热阻是一个网络——基板中的扩散热阻、通过翅片的传导热阻以及对流到空气中的热阻。在几乎所有的风冷设计中,对流占主导地位,而它并不关心你使用了哪种合金。

数字说明了问题。从6063的200 W/m·K提高到1050的230 W/m·K,体积导热系数提高了15%。如果翅片与空气的界面占总热阻的60–70%,那么这15%转化为整体热阻的低个位数改善——通常为2–5%。与此同时,将基板厚度减半或增加两个翅片可以使同样的数字变化20%。

真正决定选择的三个属性

  • 挤压性——通过模具挤压出的型材能有多薄、多复杂。
  • 可加工性和强度——零件是否可以攻丝、铣平或用作结构件。
  • 成形性和纯度——材料是否可以在不开裂的情况下冲压、折叠或铲削。

有两点很突出。首先,6061是三者中导热性最差的——这是一个常见的意外。其次,1050的导热优势是真实的但有限,并且伴随着强度损失,使其无法用于任何结构件。

何时应指定6063?

6063是散热器的默认挤压合金,理由充分。它是一种镁硅合金,在挤压温度下具有低流动应力,这意味着模具可以生产出厚度为0.8–1.2 mm、高宽高比的翅片而不会撕裂。表面光洁度明亮均匀,如果你进行阳极氧化,这一点很重要。

6063的实用规则:

  • 具有许多薄翅片的挤压型材。这是它的主场。
  • LED照明灯条、路灯外壳、线性散热器。长、恒定横截面、成本敏感。
  • 阳极氧化装饰表面。6063均匀地接受透明和黑色阳极氧化。
  • 基板温度低于约150 °C的应用。在此温度以上,其强度下降比6061更快。

6063的不足之处

不要直接在6063翅片或薄壁上攻细螺纹。不要将其用作承载重载的结构安装基板。并且不要期望它在长型材上保持优于约0.1 mm的平面度而不进行二次机加工——挤压公差受GB/T 5237及类似标准约束,而不是机加工公差。

何时应指定6061?

当散热器还必须是一个机械零件时,6061是你需要的合金。其更高的强度和更干净的切屑形成使其成为CNC加工散热器、冷板和IGBT基板的标准。

在以下情况下指定6061:

  • 你需要螺纹孔、螺纹凸台或压入配合嵌件。6061-T6可靠地保持M3螺纹;6063通常会滑丝。
  • 平面度和厚度公差严格。机加工的6061基板通常在关键特征上保持±0.005 mm。
  • 零件是冷板或液冷块。6061可预测地焊接和钎焊,其较低的导热系数被冷却液高得多的传热系数所抵消。
  • 散热器承载结构载荷——例如,支撑变压器或IGBT模块的机箱安装板。

关于6061和阳极氧化的说明

由于其铜和铬含量,6061阳极氧化后的表面比6063稍暗且不太均匀。如果散热器可见且颜色至关重要,要么接受差异,要么将装饰表面改用6063。

何时应指定1050?

1050是商业纯铝——最低99.5%。其导热系数是三者中最高的,其柔软性使其成为基于变形的工艺而非挤压的理想选择。

将1050用于:

  • 冲压翅片材料。折叠翅片和拉链翅片散热器由薄的1050或1100带材制成,通常为0.2–0.5 mm。
  • 铲削翅片。铲削从实心块上剥离材料;纯铝剥离干净,翅片保持附着在基板上,没有界面。
  • 散热器和箔材,其中零件粘合到载体上。
  • 成本驱动的低强度应用,如冲压LED支架。

问题在于:1050很粘。它会在切削刀具上产生积屑瘤,在夹紧下变形,并且无法可靠地攻丝。如果你的设计需要螺纹,你将要么使用钢嵌件,要么更换合金。

铲削与挤压

导热系数是否曾决定结果?

是的——在三种特定情况下。

1. 基板处极高的热流密度。当一个20 mm × 20 mm的芯片耗散100 W时,扩散热阻占主导地位。在这里,基板材料的导热系数直接相关,铜芯或1050散热器可以提供帮助。铜的导热系数约为385 W/m·K,几乎是任何铝合金的两倍;请参阅我们关于铜芯散热器的说明。

2. 长而厚的翅片且气流低。在自然对流中,高翅片沿翅片的传导成为总热阻的重要部分。

3. 瞬态或脉冲负载。热扩散率决定热量在脉冲期间扩散的速度。纯铝比6061响应更快。

在所有其他情况下——强制风冷、中等热流、正常翅片几何形状——合金是二阶变量。首先围绕几何形状编写规格,然后选择使该几何形状可制造的合金。

1. 零件是结构件还是带螺纹?如果是,选择6061。

4. 基板热流密度是否高于约50 W/cm²?无论上述如何,考虑铜散热器或1050基板。

5. 表面是否可见且经过阳极氧化?优先选择6063。

6. 零件是液冷吗?选择6061,并且不必担心导热系数。

问:6061还是6063更适合散热器?
