由于鳍片组来自连续带材,增加鳍片的边际成本很小。需要每英寸 22 个鳍片而不是 11 个的设计通常生产成本几乎相同——您只是在同一模具上改变折叠间距。

什么是拉链鳍片散热器?

  • 更严格的鳍片间距公差。冲压鳍片单独控制,因此宽鳍片组的间距变化保持很小。

鳍片几何形状是表面积、气流和传导之间的平衡。三个变量占主导地位。

鳍片密度和间距

更多的鳍片意味着更大的表面积,但也意味着更大的流动阻力。超过一定间距后,相邻通道中的边界层合并,额外的鳍片不再起作用。对于 2–4 m/s 的强制风冷,1.5 mm 到 3 mm 的间距很常见。对于自然对流,6–10 mm 的较宽间距通常表现更好,因为浮力驱动流需要开放通道。

鳍片厚度和纵横比

薄鳍片节省重量和成本,但增加沿鳍片的传导热阻。一个有用的经验法则:在强制风冷应用中,铝的鳍片纵横比(高度 ÷ 厚度)保持在约 30:1 以下,铜保持在 40:1 以下。超过这个值,鳍片尖端的温度明显低于基板,鳍片所做的工作少于其表面积所暗示的。

基板扩散
