从中国定制金属冲压:采购指南

冲压是批量生产金属零件最便宜的方式,而中国是大部分产能所在。但便宜不等于容易。吃亏的买家不是出价最高的,而是跳过认证,在200,000件时才发现材料牌号与指定不符,或镀层是1 µm而非3 µm。

为什么买家从中国采购定制金属冲压

三个原因,按影响排序。

第一,模具。在德国或美国制造一套20,000–40,000美元的级进模,在东莞通常只需4,000–12,000美元,因为周边生态——模具钢供应商、线切割加工店、热处理、平面磨削——更密集且更便宜。仅模具差距就能决定项目是否盈利。

第二,单位经济性。在高速冲压中,劳动力占比比人们想象的要小,但生态系统仍然重要:卷料、电镀线和包装都是本地的,因此完全加载的零件价格下降。

第三,速度。位于供应链集群内的工厂可以比每一步都外包的工厂更快地开模、打样和优化。仅广东就有数千家冲压厂,从两人的模房到运行100吨压机的ISO9001工厂。

问题在于差异。同一个国家既提供5,000美元的模具,也有无法保证公差的工厂。这就是为什么认证,而非价格,是你的主要工作。

定制金属冲压的实际成本是多少?

两个数字重要:模具(一次性)和单价(经常性)。模具按模具类型和工位数定价;单价由材料、厚度、周期时间和产量驱动。

中国冲压工厂能达到什么公差和材料?

冲压公差由材料、厚度、特征类型和模具质量决定。切割轮廓比成形特征更紧。薄带材比厚带材更容易变形。

±0.05 mm是切割轮廓的行业主力。成形特征紧于±0.02 mm会推动你转向精冲或二次加工,成本迅速上升。如果图纸要求冲压特征±0.005 mm且无功能原因,这是一个危险信号:要么标注错误,要么工艺错误。

如何认证中国的冲压供应商?

价格容易比较;能力不容易。在释放量产前,按以下顺序进行。

确认工厂运行自己的压机和自己的模房。贸易商会给你报价,但无法控制模具,而模具是你的公差所在。

在首件前索取材料证书。证书应注明牌号、状态和炉号,与实际使用的卷料匹配。铝不是规格;H状态的C2680黄铜才是。

要求首件检验报告,包含实际测量值,而非合格/不合格。你需要关键尺寸的数字,以便看到余量,而不仅仅是绿色对勾。

以生产速度运行样品批次。在每分钟40冲次下良好的零件在200冲次下可能失败。让压机以其预期速率运行并检查输出。

还要提前商定抽样计划。基于AQL的检验,有明确的样本量和接收数,是冲压件的常规做法;仅声明零件经过检验不是计划。决定你需要逐件尺寸报告还是定期能力数据,并将其写入订单。

进口冲压件的常见错误

大多数冲压问题不是技术问题;而是后期浮现的规格问题。

指定牌号而不指定状态。不锈钢对模具工来说无法说明回弹或强度。全硬态301不锈钢的行为与退火304完全不同,成形一种的模具无法成形另一种。

忽略晶粒方向。卷料有轧制方向。横跨晶粒的弯曲比顺晶粒弯曲更容易开裂。如果你的图纸有紧弯曲,告诉模具工带材的进给方向。

电镀用文字而非数字报价。镀金可以指0.05 µm或3 µm,价格差异很大。以微米为单位说明厚度,对于金,说明纯度(开金)。

批准手工送料的样品批次。当操作员放置每个坯料时运行良好的模具,在级进线上仍可能卡住。坚持从实际生产设置中取首件并以生产速度运行。

忘记包装。细间距冲压端子在散装袋中弯曲。指定托盘、载带卷盘或交错层,并预期单价会如实反映。

冲压RFQ应包含什么?

完整的RFQ将报价从几天缩短到几小时,并消除工厂对模糊请求添加的安全余量。包括:
