为什么选择不锈钢带而非镀层碳钢?

镀层碳钢在可预测的地方失效:剪切边缘。当级进模切割坯料时,镀层不会包裹切割边缘,因此每个修剪线和冲孔处都会暴露裸钢。搬运过程中划伤表面,您就有了第二个锈蚀点。不锈钢绕过了整个问题,因为耐腐蚀性来自自修复的铬氧化膜,而不是可能被切割、划伤或剥落的涂层。

这在冲压零件中带来了真正的优势:暴露于汗水和湿气的电池触点和弹簧、户外 LED 驱动器上的安装夹、冲洗设备中的弹簧夹,以及食品相关机械中的支架。权衡也同样真实。不锈钢带成本更高,成形时加工硬化,比碳钢回弹更大,并且会与模具钢咬合。在从镀层钢转向不锈钢之前,请检查真正的要求是耐腐蚀还是仅外观——像我们的材料选择指南这样的指南会说明何时镀层就足够了。如果零件还必须承载电流,请记住不锈钢是不良导体,铜合金通常是更好的基材。

三种主力牌号:301、304 和 430

这三种都以卷材和带材形式出售,厚度范围在大多数冲压使用的 0.1–3.0 mm 内。对模具车间重要的差异是磁性响应、加工硬化率和价格。

硬度和加工硬化:“弹簧硬”实际意味着什么

像 301 和 304 这样的奥氏体牌号不能通过热处理硬化——强度来自轧制厂的冷轧。带材供应商出售从完全退火到全硬的硬度,您订购的硬度会改变您在模具中能做什么。

由此产生两个后果。首先,“弹性”不锈钢零件通常从硬或半硬带材开始,而不是成形后热处理——冲压后退火会破坏您付费获得的弹簧性能。其次,硬硬度意味着有限的弯曲:全硬 301 夹子带有尖锐的 90° 弯曲会在角落开裂。如果您的设计既需要弹簧臂又需要紧密弯曲,请使用 1/2 硬并让几何形状提供力。不锈钢的回弹也比碳钢大——90° 弯曲通常回弹 2–5°,模具制造商通过过弯、压印或底压工位来补偿。这种补偿就是为什么成形不锈钢公差落在 ±0.05 mm 左右而不是更紧,以及为什么我们指南中的冲压公差规则对不锈钢适用时需额外余量。

模具车间必须如何为不锈钢改变

不锈钢对模具的磨损方式与低碳钢不同。它在剪切区加工硬化,使切割边缘像切割工具一样作用于模具——典型的失效是咬合,即涂抹的不锈钢焊接到冲头上。标准的对策是硬质合金冲头和模具、PVD 或 TiN/CrN 涂层模具钢,以及带有极压添加剂的重型润滑剂。许多车间还会减慢冲压速度:不锈钢级进模通常每分钟 200–400 次冲程,而同样的模具在低碳钢中可能运行 500 次以上。

模具间隙需要增大。作为工作规则,不锈钢的单边间隙约为料厚的 8–12%,而相同厚度的低碳钢约为 5–8%——对于 0.5 mm 的 304 带材,单边约为 0.04–0.06 mm。间隙太小会使模具快速磨损并增大毛刺;太大则产生粗糙的断裂区。不锈钢的毛刺比碳钢更难去除,因此在图纸上指定毛刺侧,如果边缘必须光滑以便搬运或密封,则计划一个滚磨或电解抛光步骤。

冲压后的腐蚀:钝化和边缘现实

这是买家最常忽略的事实:新剪的不锈钢边缘尚未耐腐蚀。切割暴露裸金属,并可能将模具中的微观铁涂抹到表面,这些游离铁会生锈——这就是为什么“不锈钢”零件可能在孔处显示橙色斑点。解决方法是钝化:硝酸或柠檬酸处理,溶解嵌入的铁,让铬氧化膜在切割边缘重新形成。这是一个标准、廉价的步骤,应列入任何户外、医疗或食品接触零件的规格中。

对于海洋或高氯化物环境,304 说实话是边缘的——随着时间的推移会出现点蚀和缝隙腐蚀——正确的做法是使用 316L 带材,而不是假装 304 能存活。在室内,带钝化的 430 以最低的材料成本覆盖大多数应用。如果您还需要装饰性表面,不锈钢可以在冲压后拉丝、喷砂或 PVD 涂层,但请将表面规格远离尺寸公差重要的功能表面。

采购不锈钢冲压件:RFQ 需要什么
