我们如何在薄规格钢和黄铜上保持 ±0.05 mm 公差

冲压薄金属而不产生翘曲是一个几何问题,而不仅仅是力的问题。我们的模具采用淬硬 D2 工具钢,配备精密磨削导正销,并以每分钟 60–120 冲次的速度运行级进模。这确保钩开口、闩锁槽和扣具爪在 10,000 件批次中保持在 ±0.05 mm 以内。对于闩锁回位弹簧卡舌等关键特征,我们增加二次压印工序以消除回弹——这是 0.4 mm 厚度 301 不锈钢的一个实际问题。

我们用于钩和扣具的材料及热处理

您不会在这里发现不明合金。我们库存并认证:AISI 301 全硬不锈钢(屈服强度 1,200 MPa)、AISI 1075 弹簧钢(淬硬至 45–48 HRC)、用于耐腐蚀扣具的 C2680 黄铜,以及用于轻量闩锁的 5052 铝。对于弹簧钢零件,我们在 830°C 下奥氏体化、油淬,然后在 350°C 下回火,以获得 44–47 HRC 的弹簧回火硬度,且无脱碳——每炉批次均通过显微硬度测试验证。如果您需要不同合金,我们在 3 天内采购认证卷材。

模具寿命及您的零件成本为何保持稳定

钩和扣具的年产量很高。我们的模具在重磨前可承受 200–500 万次冲压。我们使用 CNC 线切割镶件用于切削刃,并在成型冲头上施加氮化钛涂层。这意味着您的单件价格在第一年后不会漂移——我们在模具寿命期内按每千件固定成本报价。模具维护每 200,000 冲次安排一次,我们在内部备有一套关键冲头镶件以避免停机。

无需二次去毛刺的表面光洁度和边缘质量

原始冲压会在断裂边缘留下毛刺。对于面向用户的钩和扣具——想想背包扣或橱柜闩锁——这种毛刺是不可接受的。对于厚度超过 0.8 mm 的边缘,我们使用精冲工艺,实现 100% 剪切表面,最大毛刺为 0.03 mm。对于薄零件,我们用陶瓷介质翻滚 45 分钟,然后对不锈钢零件进行钝化以去除游离铁。最终表面光洁度为配合面 Ra 0.8 µm,非关键面 Ra 1.6 µm。无锐边,无镀层附着失效。

每次发货前的检验:CMM 和硬度协议

每批产品,无论大小,都经过相同的检验关卡。我们检查:在 CMM(Zeiss Contura)上测量尺寸轮廓,分辨率为 0.001 mm;每 500 件在洛氏硬度计(HRC 标尺)上测试硬度;使用 Mitutoyo 粗糙度仪测量表面光洁度。我们还用数字拉力计测试钩开启力——例如,闩锁必须在 5.0 N ± 0.5 N 下开启且无间隙关闭。每次发货时您都会收到完整的检验报告(PDF),包括材料证书和热处理曲线。

原型和量产定价——无起订量

钩设计中的陷阱:您的图纸应指定什么
