级进模冲压如何控制孔形及边缘翻卷

孔几何形状绝非“钻了就算”的粗放操作。每片过滤网经过多工位级进模,在一次冲压行程中完成导正、冲孔、压印和落料。冲头与凹模间隙设定为材料厚度的5%——对于0.1 mm厚的板材,即0.005 mm径向间隙。这避免了松散公差冲压中常见的“漏斗”形孔(入口侧宽于出口侧)。我们的过滤网最大边缘翻卷量为0.01 mm,直接改善了过滤表面的流量均匀性。

我们使用的耐腐蚀和抗疲劳材料及热处理工艺

本系列常备五种基材:SUS 304、SUS 316L、17-7 PH不锈钢、磷青铜(C5210)和铍铜(C17200)。对于高达400°C的高温应用,17-7 PH经沉淀硬化处理至48 HRC。对于盐水或化学介质环境,SUS 316L以退火状态供货(85 HRB),然后在孔边缘进行微压印,使表面加工硬化至30 HRC而不损失延展性。

铍铜过滤网经时效硬化处理至40 HRC,若过滤网被压入曲面壳体,可提供类似弹簧的回复性能。每卷材料均附带钢厂质保书,我们使用维氏硬度计以0.5 kg载荷对每批次进行硬度验证。如果您的过滤器位于高振动泵内,我们推荐磷青铜选项——其在10^7次循环下的疲劳极限为250 MPa,比相同厚度的不锈钢高20%。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量机、光学投影仪和流量测试

我们不依赖抽检。精密冲压微孔过滤网系列的每个生产批次均通过三阶段检验。首先,三坐标测量机(CMM)对每批10件零件检查孔位置、节距和直径——公差为±0.01 mm,我们报告实际数值,而非仅通过/不通过。其次,50倍放大光学投影仪扫描外缘毛刺高度,必须保持在0.02 mm以下。第三,我们使用校准流量台进行压差测试:在1 bar压降下,实测流量必须在理论值±5%以内。

标准尺寸、模具选项及不同批量下的单件成本

我们提供四种标准框架尺寸:10 mm圆形、20 mm圆形、25 x 25 mm方形和40 x 40 mm方形。孔型可选60°交错或90°网格,开口率15%至45%。对于定制形状,您发送2D图纸或3D STEP文件,我们的模具团队在48小时内设计出模具。简单平面过滤网的模具成本起价为800美元;带侧孔的深拉杯形件为2,500至4,000美元。10,000件批量下的单件价格通常为0.04至0.12美元,具体取决于材料和孔密度。
