为什么镀锌能延长潮湿或户外装配中的使用寿命

镀锌层提供牺牲保护层,在底层SPCC钢腐蚀之前先行腐蚀。我们的无色三价铬钝化处理可提供符合ASTM B117标准的72小时中性盐雾耐受性。这意味着您的支架在40°C、85%相对湿度环境下可保持五年无红锈。对于汽车发动机舱内的卡扣,我们可升级为黄色镀锌,盐雾耐受时间达120小时——只需在图纸上注明即可。

每个卡扣边缘的冲压公差与毛刺控制

我们采用级进模,冲头与凹模间隙固定为材料厚度的5%。这可将冲孔位置精度控制在±0.05mm,并将切割边缘的毛刺高度控制在0.08mm以下。对于卡接到钣金边缘的卡扣,我们增加压印工序,将弯曲半径压平至0.2mm,防止应力裂纹。每个零件在包装前均经过三坐标测量机和光学投影仪检测。

我们备有可立即冲压的库存材料

该系列涵盖五种基础材料,均以卷料形式备库,随时可上机冲压。SPCC冷轧钢,厚度0.5mm至3.0mm,用于通用支架。SUS304不锈钢,用于高腐蚀环境的船用卡扣。65Mn弹簧钢,用于需要弹性回弹的锁紧卡扣。C2600黄铜,用于电气接地卡扣。5052铝材,用于轻量化散热器安装支架。每批产品均附带材质证明。

成型模具中的硬度与回弹补偿

对于65Mn弹簧钢卡扣,我们回火至HRC 42,并将弯曲角度预设为92°,以补偿2°的回弹量。这确保卡扣在反复弯折后夹持力保持在15N至20N之间。我们的模具车间使用有限元分析来预测每个新弯折的回弹量,因此您不会得到松动或过紧的卡扣。每500件产品使用洛氏硬度计进行一次硬度验证。

表面光洁度Ra 1.6µm,镀后无残油

冲压后,零件经过三段式清洗:碱性脱脂、反渗透漂洗和热风干燥。镀锌采用滚镀工艺,厚度8-12µm,使用X射线荧光光谱仪测量。除非您特别要求,我们不在镀后添加防锈油,因为油性残留物会积聚灰尘并干扰胶粘剂粘接。Ra 1.6µm光洁度为标准配置,但对于外观可见的外部支架,我们可抛光至Ra 0.8µm。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量、盐雾测试和拉力测试

每批产品均使用蔡司三坐标测量机进行首件检验,检查12个关键尺寸。每批电镀产品取样进行ASTM B117标准72小时盐雾测试。对于弹簧卡扣,我们进行10,000次循环弯曲测试,确认无疲劳断裂。最后,在2倍放大下进行目视检查,任何有镀层缺失或划痕的零件均被剔除。检验报告随箱附送。

防止运输途中镀锌层划伤的包装

支架分层放置在带隔间的瓦楞托盘内,而非散装在袋中。卡扣经过滚光处理去除锐边,然后按每袋100只装入防静电自封袋。外箱采用双瓦楞结构,ECT等级32,内衬防潮膜。这样可确保镀锌表面在您开箱上线前保持完好无损。

我们在模具中将所有切割边缘倒圆至最小0.2mm半径,滚镀工艺即使在这些圆角上也能沉积均匀的8-12µm镀层。

对于任何不超过50,000件的数量,交期为图纸确认后15天,另加3天镀锌时间和2天检验时间。
