为什么弹簧指几何形状决定屏蔽性能

在10 GHz频率下,EMI会通过大于0.1 mm的间隙泄漏。我们的支架采用0.15 mm厚的铍铜或不锈钢带材,成型指与服务器机箱形成0.05 mm的过盈配合。这并非偶然冲压而成——我们将弯曲半径控制在±0.03 mm,指高控制在±0.02 mm。如果指过高,会断裂;过短,则泄漏。在电镀前,我们对指高进行100%光学检测。

三种材料系列覆盖了95%的AI服务器EMI需求。第一,C17200铍铜——我们将其时效硬化至HRC 38–42,提供纯铜80%的导电率,同时屈服强度提高4倍。第二,SUS301不锈钢——全硬回火,HRC 40–45,适用于在85°C连续服务器热量下保持形状的支架。第三,C5210磷青铜,用于成本敏感的卡扣件,需要良好的回弹性且无磁干扰。我们还提供镀镍、镀锡或镀金——关键腐蚀性边缘连接器采用至少0.5 µm的镀金层。

我们如何在200 mm零件上实现±0.02 mm孔心距精度

AI服务器支架通常细长——常见尺寸为180 mm × 20 mm,带12个安装孔。仅热膨胀就可能使孔位移0.03 mm。因此,我们不只是冲压碰运气。我们使用带固定导正销系统的级进模,然后对任何需与配合连接器对齐的孔进行二次CNC校正。我们的冲压速度为每分钟60次,而非200次,因为较慢的速度意味着更少的模具变形。您可能会问——是的,我们可以在单个孔径上保持±0.01 mm,但对于12孔图案,我们报±0.02 mm的合理公差,并通过每件首件的CMM报告进行验证。

每次发货前检验——不仅仅是样品报告

大多数冲压厂只发送首件报告,然后盲目发货。我们不这样做。每批产品都经过3点检查:每小时对5个关键尺寸进行CMM测量、10倍放大下目视检查毛刺是否超过0.03 mm、每500件批次随机抽取3件进行回弹测试。回弹测试很简单——我们将屏蔽指压缩至完全变形,释放,并测量力是否恢复到标称值的5%以内。如果失败,整批产品将被隔离。这就是我们确保您的AI服务器装配线不会因不良EMI垫片而停线的方式。

表面光洁度和电镀——Ra 0.8是我们的基准,而非高端配置

粗糙边缘会导致微电弧和信号衰减。我们的冲压模具抛光至Ra 0.2,这转化为成型表面Ra 0.8的零件光洁度,去毛刺后剪切边缘Ra 0.4。电镀方面,我们提供亮锡(2–3 µm)用于可焊性、镍(3–5 µm)用于耐磨、金(0.5–1 µm)用于接触点。我们不进行选择性电镀——如果您只需要指尖镀金,我们使用胶带掩蔽工艺,交期增加1天,但电镀成本节省30%。
