级进模如何锁定卡箍几何形状

级进模(又称连续模)将金属料带依次送入12至18个工位。每个工位执行一项操作——导正孔冲孔、落料、压印、折弯及最终切断——同时料带定位精度保持在±0.005 mm。这意味着每个弹性卡箍下线时都具有相同的折弯半径和脚部角度。无需二次手工成型,无需操作人员判断。我们为弹性卡箍制造的模具采用D2工具钢冲头和硬质合金镶件,刀具寿命可达50万至100万次冲程后才需刃磨。

弹性卡箍的弹簧钢牌号与热处理

弹性卡箍必须在变形后恢复原状。我们为此产品线常备三种材料:65Mn碳素弹簧钢(经济型,45–50 HRC)、SK5高碳钢(疲劳寿命更优,48–52 HRC)以及SUS301不锈钢(耐腐蚀,完全硬化后40–45 HRC)。所有料带均在连续炉中进行油淬和回火处理。我们将回火时间控制在±5分钟以内,以确保整条料带硬度均匀。如果您的应用需要特定表面处理——镀锌、镀镍或钝化——我们会在热处理后进行处理,以避免镀层在弯曲时开裂。

夹紧力公差控制在±10%以内

夹紧力取决于材料厚度、折弯角度和脚部长度。我们的级进模冲压将材料厚度控制在±0.02 mm以内,并且每件首件均通过光学投影仪验证折弯角度。结果是:零件之间的夹紧力波动小于±10%。对于开口为10 mm的典型弹性卡箍,这意味着在您的装配线上可保持一致的8–12 N插入力。我们在每批发货前使用定制测试夹具配合数字测力计(分辨率0.01 N)进行测量。

冲压边缘的表面粗糙度与毛刺控制

模具间隙设定为每侧材料厚度的5–8%。这是产生干净剪切区并将毛刺高度控制在0.05 mm以下的最佳参数。对于会接触电线或软管的边缘,我们会增加压印工位,在切割边缘上压出0.2 mm的圆角。平面部分的表面粗糙度为Ra 0.8 µm(冲压态)。如果您需要Ra 0.4 µm的密封表面,我们可以增加一道微刷去毛刺工序——这会使交期增加一天,但可消除所有微观边缘裂纹。

每批发货前检验:力、硬度及尺寸报告

每批弹性卡箍均按ISO 2859-1 II级标准进行抽样检验。我们使用三坐标测量机(精度±0.002 mm)检查关键尺寸——开口宽度、内径和总长度。硬度在卡箍平面部位使用洛氏硬度计测试。夹紧力使用与您装配线相同的夹具进行验证。每批货物均附带完整检验报告,订单超过10,000件时还包含SPC控制图。如有任何零件不合格,整批将被隔离并重新分选。

模具所有权与定制卡箍的快速量产

我们将级进模模具保留在自己的模具车间内,因此您无需支付模具维护费用。对于定制弹性卡箍,我们可在15天内交付首件,20天内交付量产件。模具费用单独报价并分摊到您的单件价格中——如果您在24个月内停止生产,我们还可提供模具回购协议。由于我们自主运行线切割和CNC加工中心,我们可在5天内完成现有模具的修改以适应新的卡箍尺寸,而非数周。

受监管行业的材料认证与可追溯性

我们为订单中使用的每卷弹簧钢出具钢厂材质证明,可追溯至原始钢厂。如果您的弹性卡箍用于汽车制动系统、医疗器械手柄或电气连接器,这一点至关重要。每个炉号均记录在我们的ERP系统中,我们可在发货后10年内提供完整的可追溯性报告。我们的ISO 9001:2015和IATF 16949认证覆盖此产品线——我们每年接受第三方审核机构的两次审核。
