为什么我们的冲压支架在面板对齐方面优于辊压成型部件

辊压成型型材在长距离运行中横截面会偏移±0.3毫米。我们的冲压支架在整个平面展开图上保持±0.05毫米的公差,因为我们使用带固定导正销的级进模,而非自由移动的料带导板。这意味着您的光伏组件安装在一个真正的平面上——无微扭曲、无紧固件卡滞、无阳极氧化涂层应力裂纹。对于一个40块组件的阵列,整行累计偏差小于2毫米。

我们为25年户外使用寿命所采用的材料和热处理工艺

我们使用三种基材进行冲压:DC01冷轧钢(1.5–3.0毫米)、5052-H32铝(2.0–4.0毫米)以及适用于沿海或高湿度地区的SUS304不锈钢(1.0–2.5毫米)。钢制支架采用锌镍镀层(8–12微米)加透明铬酸盐钝化处理——经ASTM B117标准盐雾测试720小时。铝制零件经过硬质阳极氧化处理,硬度达28 HRC,在将M8螺栓拧紧至22 N·m时具有抗咬合性能。如果您的项目地点靠近化工厂,我们可以免费更换为316L不锈钢,无需额外模具费用。

对于典型的1.5毫米钢制支架(120×80毫米,四孔),我们的单件价格为$0.18–$0.26,取决于数量。模具(6工位级进模)成本为$2,800–$4,500,并在您前20,000件中摊销。如果您只需要500个支架用于试点项目,我们使用CNC数控转塔冲床生产,每件$0.85——无模具费用,7天交货。这就是为什么我们说无最小起订量:我们根据您的数量匹配工艺,而非相反。
