镀锌层如何在不改变弹簧刚度的情况下防止生锈

镀锌层增加8至12微米的保护涂层,足以通过48小时中性盐雾测试。镀层在热处理后施加,因此基材的弹簧性能保持不变。我们采用三价铬钝化工艺,表面光亮且避免六价铬的环境问题。这意味着您的夹子可以在潮湿存储或户外装配中放置,而不会出现表面点蚀,同时仍能提供与未镀层版本相同的偏转力。

材料选择与热处理数据

我们选用65Mn弹簧钢或SK5高碳钢,均来自认证钢厂的带材。冲压后,零件经过830°C油淬和400°C回火,以达到目标硬度范围。结果是组件在正常负载下可循环100,000次而无疲劳失效。对于腐蚀性环境,我们还提供301不锈钢夹子,但镀锌碳钢选项为您提供最佳性价比。

冲压过程控制确保一致的夹紧力

我们以每分钟400次冲程运行高速冲床,使用12至16工位的级进模。每个工位执行特定操作,如冲孔、成型或压印。模具由D2工具钢制成,硬度达60 HRC,我们每20,000次冲程检查一次磨损情况。这种控制确保您批次中的每个夹子具有相同的内部半径和弯曲角度,这直接影响回弹和最终夹紧力。

薄带材上的锐边与毛刺管理

薄材料(通常厚度为0.3至1.5 mm)在剪切线处容易形成毛刺。我们将毛刺高度限制在最大0.05 mm,这对于将与电气触点或塑料外壳接触的零件至关重要。冲压后,我们使用陶瓷介质进行15分钟的振动去毛刺步骤。这提供了轻微的边缘倒圆,而不会改变关键尺寸。如果您的应用需要完全光滑的边缘,我们可以增加微精加工工序,但标准夹子已满足大多数汽车和家电规格要求。

每次发货前的检验规程

每批产品使用洛氏硬度计检查硬度,每500件取2个样品。尺寸检查使用分辨率为0.001 mm的三坐标测量机,并使用X射线荧光测厚仪验证镀锌层厚度。我们还对每批1个样品进行10,000次偏转测试,以确认弹簧刚度未发生偏移。包含所有这些数据点的检验报告随货物一起发货。您无需要求,这是我们这里的标准做法。

我们不会强制您订购大批量。您可以订购50件或50,000件,单价将根据数量调整。对于样品,我们常备常见尺寸,如10 mm、15 mm和20 mm宽度的库存。如果您需要定制形状,我们可以在5天内根据简单图纸制作样品组,仅收取原型模具的工装费用。样品批准后,生产模具大约需要2周时间制造。
