为何我们的冲压支架公差严于行业标准

大多数冲压厂以±0.1 mm作为标准公差。我们的精密冲压电子支架系列可实现±0.05 mm的公差,因为我们采用硬质合金镶件级进模和250吨高速冲床(每分钟120冲次)。每套模具在50,000次冲压后进行维护——而非等到出现故障——从而将毛刺高度控制在0.03 mm以下,并防止模具卷边。对于关键安装孔,我们增加一道二次精压工序,可在100 mm跨度内将材料平面度压平至0.01 mm。这正是您的PCB或散热器无需垫片或返工即可平整安装的原因。

材料、热处理及表面处理选项

提供四种基材可选:SPCC(屈服强度210 MPa)、SUS304(屈服强度520 MPa)、C17200铍铜(硬化至38–42 HRC)以及5052铝合金(适用于对重量敏感的设计)。热处理在真空炉中进行以避免氧化——铍铜可达42 HRC,SPCC经淬火回火后可达30 HRC。表面处理选项包括光亮退火(Ra 0.8)、镀镍(5 µm)和不锈钢钝化处理。如需特定镀层厚度,我们可控制在规格的±10%以内,而非行业标准的±20%。

每批出货前的尺寸验证与检验

每笔订单——即使是50件的小批量试产——均执行相同的检验流程。我们使用分辨率0.002 mm的三坐标测量机(CMM)检测孔位,并使用轮廓仪测量表面粗糙度。跳动量在花岗岩检测平板上用千分表测量。每次出货均附带完整的尺寸检测报告(PDF),显示实际测量值与您的图纸对比。绝无例外。若发现偏差超过±0.05 mm,我们会重新生产零件,而非仅修模具——这正是我们电子行业客户退货率低于0.3%的原因。

模具成本及小批量控制方案

针对精密冲压电子支架系列,我们提供三个模具等级。一级:现有通用模具(无模具费,交期7天,形状受限)。二级:50 mm以下平面支架的简易模具——模具费$300–$800,可在首单中分摊。三级:适用于复杂折弯和多孔结构的全工序级进模——$1,500–$3,000,但订购超过5,000件时即可收回成本。由于我们是东莞的工厂而非贸易公司,您只需支付模具钢材和加工费用——无中间商加价。将您的图纸发给我们,我们将模具费和单件价格分开报价,让您清楚了解费用明细。

对比:冲压支架 vs. CNC加工安装件

电子装配的包装、追溯性及批次一致性

我们采用防静电托盘配合EPE泡沫隔板进行包装——绝无散装零件在塑料袋中晃动。每个箱子均贴有标签,标明批次号、材料炉号和日期代码。对于SMT产线用户,我们提供20 mm以下小型支架的编带包装,每卷2,000件。批次间一致性由我们的SPC系统保证:生产过程中每第100个零件均检测孔径、折弯角度和材料厚度。若趋势偏移超过1.33 Cpk,我们会立即停机调整——不是在批次完成后,而是在生产过程中。这就是中国精密制造的实力,品质标准与任何德国或日本工厂相当。
