与复合模不同,级进模将金属带料依次通过多个工位。每个工位执行一种操作:冲孔、切边、弯曲或切断。对于金属夹片原型,这意味着零件在离开模具前已完全成形——包括侧弯和弹簧卡扣。我们使用25吨高速冲床,以200 SPM的速度进行小批量生产。这样您得到的是功能性夹片而非外观样品,毛刺高度控制在0.05mm以下。

夹片弹簧的精确钢材牌号和热处理工艺

您的夹片需要保持张力。我们选用301不锈钢(全硬态)以获得耐腐蚀性,或选用C75S碳钢以获得高屈服强度。对于301,我们规定硬度为48-52 HRC。对于C75S,我们进行淬火和回火至44-48 HRC。如果您的夹片需要导电性,我们提供铍铜C17200,硬度为36-42 HRC。所有热处理均在真空炉内完成,以防止氧化皮,随后在洛氏硬度计上验证硬度,之后才进行任何测量。

检测报告:三坐标测量机、光学投影仪和表面光洁度

每件金属夹片原型均附带尺寸检测报告。我们使用分辨率为0.001mm的三坐标测量机(CMM)测量关键弯曲半径和孔位。对于回弹验证,我们使用20倍放大率的光学投影仪。表面光洁度通过粗糙度仪检测——配合面保持Ra 0.8,非关键区域Ra 1.6。我们每批拍摄20件零件的照片作为视觉记录,发货前您将收到包含所有数据点的PDF报告。

图纸要求和夹片弯曲的DFM反馈

我们如何避免首件报废

首件是大多数冲压失败发生的环节。我们以降低的冲压速度(30 SPM)试制10件样品,并测量每个关键尺寸。如果弯曲角度偏差超过0.5度,我们调整模具垫片并重新试制。这一试制过程记录在我们的必备金属冲压模具维护检查清单中,您可以用它来审核自己的模具。只有在首件通过您的图纸公差后,我们才进入全速生产。这使小批量生产的废品率降至0.5%以下。

防腐蚀夹片的表面处理选项

如果您的夹片用于汽车或医疗领域,我们提供不锈钢钝化处理(ASTM A967)、碳钢镀锌(5 µm)或化学镀镍(10 µm)以提高耐磨性。对于弹簧夹片,我们建议接触区域不进行涂层以保持摩擦力。我们按照ASTM B117标准测试盐雾耐受性,最长可达72小时。这是可选项目,但在报价中为单独一项——无隐藏费用。

适用于装配线使用的包装和可追溯性

我们使用带隔板的防静电塑料托盘发货夹片,防止零件在运输中缠绕或变形。每个托盘均标注零件号、批次ID和热处理炉号。每次发货均附有合格证书,列明材料牌号、硬度和尺寸检测结果。对于大批量装配,我们还可提供编带包装——但原型阶段标准为托盘包装。

我可以只订购50件用于功能测试吗?

可以,我们无起订量——50件的订单与5,000件的订单报价和处理流程相同,仅因模具分摊不同导致单件价格有所差异。
