级进模如何在一个连续冲程中成型弹性卡箍

连续模冲压工艺是保持弹性卡箍几何形状——回弯耳、弹簧臂和保持唇——而不需要二次处理的唯一方法。我们的200吨高速冲床以每分钟400次冲程运行,将1.2 mm厚的65Mn弹簧钢带料送入14个工位。每个工位增加一个特征:导正孔、落料、两次弯曲、接触垫压印步骤以及最终切断。结果是每个零件都能从静止位置弹开恰好2.5 mm,并恢复到零永久变形。我们不为该产品使用简单模具,因为弹性变形需要受控的晶粒流向——级进模保持晶粒线在弯曲半径周围不中断,这就是我们的卡箍能承受100,000次弯曲循环而不开裂的原因。

实现35–48 HRC且不脆断的材料与热处理工艺

我们为弹性卡箍备有三种材料等级:65Mn(C 0.62–0.70%)、SK5(C 0.80–0.90%)和SUS301-H不锈钢。对于大多数汽车和家电卡箍,我们使用65Mn,因为它在830°C油淬和380°C回火后可达45 HRC,同时保持8%的延伸率——足以弯曲而不断裂。如果您的卡箍靠近热源,SK5可提供最高48 HRC和更高的弹性极限,但我们将回火温度降至320°C以避免脱碳。对于腐蚀性环境,SUS301-H冷轧至40 HRC,无需热处理,并通过96小时盐雾测试。我们在每个卡箍的平整凸耳上激光蚀刻材料等级和热处理批次号,以便您将钢材追溯到钢厂质保书。

值得信赖的尺寸公差:卡箍臂±0.01 mm

表面光洁度与边缘状态:接触点Ra 0.8 µm,无毛刺

弹性卡箍上的毛刺是不可接受的——它们会切入配合轴并通过形成虚假接触点降低夹紧力。我们对内边缘增加精冲步骤,实现100%剪切区和低于0.03 mm的毛刺高度。卡箍夹持轴的接触垫经过压印处理至Ra 0.8 µm,增加摩擦力并防止轴向滑动。外边缘保持剪切状态,但通过陶瓷介质翻滚去毛刺30分钟。每批使用轮廓仪测量三个零件的表面光洁度,并在20倍放大下拍摄边缘状态供您的检验报告使用。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量、硬度和载荷测试

没有经过三阶段检查,我们不会发出任何一只卡箍。首先,三坐标测量机每1,000件测量5个零件上的20个尺寸,包括关键间隙和弯曲角度。其次,洛氏硬度计每批检查2个零件上的平整部分——读数必须在目标值±2 HRC以内。第三,压缩测试机在0.5 mm挠度下测量夹紧力;力值必须在您规定值的±10%以内。如果任何零件不合格,整批将被隔离并重新生产。对于模具维护,我们遵循严格的计划——请参阅我们的CNC刀具选择指南,了解我们如何将相同的预防性方法应用于模具磨损和刃口锋利度。
