为什么我们的20吨高速冲床优于级进模车间

大多数小型冲压车间使用较旧的机械冲床,跳动量大。我们使用20吨至160吨的高速精密冲床,主轴跳动低于0.005毫米。这意味着您的垫圈和套圈具有一致的壁厚和干净、无毛刺的边缘——无需二次去毛刺。我们可保持直径达100毫米的零件平面度为0.05毫米,并可冲压小至0.8毫米的孔而无刀具偏转。

材料与硬度:从软铝到弹簧钢

我们为此系列备有超过15种卷材和带材。对于电气铆眼圈,我们使用黄铜C2600、磷青铜C5210和铍铜C17200,热处理后硬度最高可达45 HRC。对于结构套圈,我们使用不锈钢301、304和430、冷轧钢SPCC以及铝5052。如果您需要特定表面处理,我们提供镀锌、镀镍和钝化处理,盐雾测试等级最低72小时。

我们如何控制薄壁零件的毛刺高度和边缘质量

毛刺高度是冲压垫圈最常见的投诉问题。我们的模具使用材料厚度5–8%的定制间隙,使毛刺高度保持在0.03毫米以下。我们还在每个生产批次上使用激光光学毛刺测量系统。对于壁厚为0.15毫米的铆眼圈,我们保证边缘无撕裂或翻卷。如果您需要卷边或扩口端,我们可在同一模具中完成——无需额外费用。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量机和光学投影仪

我们不会盲目发货。每批产品都经过我们内部质检实验室的检测,包括蔡司三坐标测量机、光学轮廓投影仪和表面粗糙度测试仪。我们按照AQL 0.65抽样计划检查外径、内径、同心度和壁厚。对于关键零件,我们可提供完整的尺寸报告,CPK值高于1.33。外径表面粗糙度保持在Ra 0.8 µm,密封面为Ra 0.4 µm。

短批量与大批量生产的模具成本和模具寿命

我们内部自行制造模具,因此模具成本比外包模具低30%。一个简单的垫圈模具成本为800–1,500美元,在维护前可承受1–2百万次冲压。对于冲压金属垫圈、铆眼圈、套圈系列,我们拥有超过40套现有模具可供免费使用——只需更换材料即可生产。如果您需要定制形状,我们可在15天内交付新模具,并为重复订单提供免费模具存储。

如何选择垫圈、铆眼圈或套圈

表面处理和电镀选项以提高耐腐蚀性

裸金属并不总是足够的。我们为此系列提供五种标准表面处理:亮镍电镀(2–5 µm)、蓝白或黄色钝化镀锌(5–8 µm)、可焊性镀锡(3–6 µm)、哑光黑色氧化处理以及不锈钢电解抛光。盐雾耐受性从镀锌的48小时到电解抛光304的500小时不等。所有电镀均符合RoHS和REACH标准,我们可为每批产品提供材质证书。

全球交付的包装和物流

我们使用防静电袋包装,然后放入带EPE泡沫内衬的瓦楞纸箱中以防止变形。对于大批量订单,我们使用每箱10,000件的散装包装。我们从深圳港通过DHL、FedEx或海运发货。对于紧急订单,我们可在24小时内空运样品至美国、欧盟或东南亚的任何主要城市。我们的出口文件包括商业发票、装箱单和原产地证书——全部内部处理。
