为什么金属网罩需要冲压而非激光切割

激光切割会留下热影响区,导致薄金属翘曲。冲压则使用级进模在一次冲压中完成剪切和成型,将孔间距控制在 ±0.03 mm。我们的 200 吨冲床以每分钟 60 次的速度运行,因此一个 120 mm 的网罩每件仅需 1.2 秒。这就是为什么我们能够每周发货 50,000 件,同时保持锋利的边缘半径(最大 0.1 mm),以防止金属丝疲劳。

我们实际生产的网孔图案和开口率

防止薄网撕裂的模具设计规则

当冲头间隙不正确时,薄网容易撕裂。对于 0.5 mm 的 SPCC,我们使用每侧 4% 的间隙——即 0.02 mm。对于不锈钢,我们降至 3%,因为它加工硬化更快。我们的模具制造师将冲头和凹模研磨至镜面光洁度(Ra 0.2 µm),以减少摩擦。这确保了干净的剪切区,无二次毛刺,这对于以 3,000 RPM 旋转的风扇叶片至关重要。

我们使用的材料和热处理

SPCC 是室内应用的成本领先者。SECC 添加了锌涂层,具有轻度耐腐蚀性。SUS304 适用于食品和医疗设备——我们通过 96 小时盐雾测试。如果您的应用涉及振动,我们使用弹簧钢 65Mn,热处理至 45-50 HRC。这使得网罩可弯曲 2 mm 而不会永久变形。铝 5052 适用于对重量敏感的设计,在相同厚度下比钢轻 40%。

二次加工:沉孔、卡扣和焊接螺柱

我们不仅冲压和发货。我们可以添加自扣紧螺柱(M2 至 M6)、在背面焊接螺母,或成型三个间隔 120° 的定位卡扣。对于安装,我们冲压比螺钉直径大 0.1 mm 的间隙孔,或沉孔至 82° 以适配平头螺钉。如果您需要橡胶垫圈,我们可以沿外缘包覆成型硅胶条——粘合强度为 8 N/mm。

每次发货前的检验

每批产品都经过 3 步检查。首先,我们使用分辨率为 0.01 mm 的视觉系统测量网孔间距。其次,我们在三个点运行平面度测量仪——偏差必须保持在 0.05 mm 以下。第三,我们对首件进行 5% 的破坏性测试,将卡扣弯曲 90° 再折回,以确认无开裂。我们还为不锈钢提供材料证书(EN 10204 3.1)以及 RoHS/REACH 声明。如果您需要完整的尺寸报告,首次订单免费提供。

如何选择冲压网罩和金属丝成型网罩

全球运输的包装和物流
