我们如何在冲压件上保持±0.05mm公差

冲压通常会产生偏差,但我们不允许这种情况发生。我们的250吨高速冲床以每分钟80次的速度运行,模具间隙设置为材料厚度的5%。我们使用六工位级进模,因此每个角码在一次冲压中完成成型、冲孔和切断。模具在CNC平面磨床上研磨,每冲压10,000次后重新检查。这就是我们如何在不进行二次加工的情况下,将孔间距保持在±0.05mm、圆角半径保持在R0.5的方法。

您可以信赖的材料牌号和硬度

我们为该系列备有两种不锈钢牌号。第一种是304不锈钢(1.4301),为户外外壳和食品设备提供耐腐蚀性能。第二种是430不锈钢(1.4016),一种铁素体牌号,具有更好的磁性性能,适用于电气外壳。我们也可以使用316L用于海洋环境,但这会增加3天的交期。冲压后,当您需要在滑动表面上的耐磨性时,我们将角码热处理至45 HRC。对于标准负载,我们将其保持在轧制状态的20 HRC,以节省成本。

冲压后的表面光洁度和边缘质量

原始冲压边缘存在微裂纹。我们通过每次40分钟的振动去毛刺工艺消除它们。这使得平面表面达到Ra 0.8,并去除所有高于0.05mm的毛刺。如果您需要可见角码的镜面效果,我们添加电解抛光,将Ra降至0.4。随后进行钝化处理,使角码通过ASTM B117标准的500小时盐雾测试。您将获得干净的边缘和均匀的表面,而不是粗糙的冲压件。

每次发货前的检验:CMM和硬度测试

不锈钢冲压角码系列的每批产品都经过三阶段检查。首先,三坐标测量机(CMM)检查首件的12个关键尺寸,然后每50件检查一次。其次,洛氏硬度计验证热处理角码达到45 HRC ±2。第三,我们在2倍放大下进行目视检查,检查表面划痕或模具痕迹。我们随装箱单发送完整的检验报告。如果任何零件不合格,我们分拣整批并重新生产,因此您永远不会收到混合质量的产品。

定制孔型和角码尺寸,无需模具费用

我们的标准系列涵盖10种尺寸,从20mm x 20mm到100mm x 100mm,厚度从0.8mm到3.0mm。但我们知道您的设计不是标准的。将您的图纸发送给我们,我们将修改模具镶件以适应您的孔型、槽长或角部切口。因为我们在CNC线切割EDM上自行加工模具镶件,所以50mm以下的定制孔型无需模具费用。您只需支付零件费用。这就是无起订量精密制造的含义:我们以相同的单件模具成本生产50件或50,000件。

批量生产交期和批次一致性

我们该系列的标准交期为7天,适用于最多5,000件。对于更大的订单,我们增加3天。我们在仓库中备有20吨304和430不锈钢卷材,因此我们从不等待材料。冲压机24/7运行,我们在30分钟内完成换模。这使我们能够保证重复订单与您的首批订单具有相同的尺寸。我们为每套模具跟踪序列号,并在每50,000次冲压后重新认证模具。您的第二个订单与第一个订单完全匹配。

为什么结构角部不应使用激光切割角码

全球运输的包装和保护

我们将角码包装在带独立槽位隔板的瓦楞纸箱中,因此边缘不会相互摩擦。每个纸箱承重可达20公斤,并用防潮袋密封。对于海运,我们添加干燥剂包和带有出口级熏蒸标记的木托盘。如果您订购10,000件,我们将其分成四个纸箱,以便您无需重新分拣即可分发到不同的装配线。外标签包括批号、材料牌号和热处理状态,因此您的收货团队确切知道内部是什么。

小批量定价和原型验证

我们根据材料厚度和数量按件定价。对于50mm x 50mm、1.5mm厚的304不锈钢角码,1,000件的单价为$0.18,10,000件的单价为$0.12。10件原型试制总费用为$45,涵盖模具设置和检验。我们不对标准尺寸收取单独的模具费用。我们的报价有效期为30天,并且在90天内重复订单可享受5%折扣。中国制造在这里并不意味着低质量;它意味着低成本,同时提供与德国工厂相同的CMM检验。
