级进模如何在一整条料带上连续生产您的夹片

您的金属夹片原型在单个级进模中以连续料带形式移动,而非独立坯料。每个工位执行一项操作:导正孔冲孔、修边、折弯、压印和最终切断。这意味着您的原型与10万件批量生产具有相同的尺寸一致性,因为料带通过±0.005 mm的导正销系统进行定位。

对于小批量生产,我们使用模块化模架,与专用模具相比可降低40%的模具成本。您无需预先支付全套生产模具的费用,即可获得级进冲压的几何精度。料带宽度经过计算以最大限度减少材料浪费,因此即使只有50件,您的单件原型成本也保持稳定。

我们用于弹簧类夹片的材料与热处理工艺

我们在东莞仓库常备12种常见冲压合金,全部附带可追溯至炉次的材质证明。对于需要抗回弹性能的夹片,我们推荐301不锈钢(全硬态,屈服强度480–520 MPa)或C17200铍铜(时效硬化至38–42 HRC)。对于通用固定夹片,SPCC冷轧钢经48–52 HRC淬火回火处理效果最佳。

热处理在厂内真空炉中完成,可防止表面脱碳——这是小型夹片中常见的缺陷,会严重影响疲劳寿命。我们还可提供0.5–1.0 µm化学镀镍层以提高耐腐蚀性,并使用校准的X射线荧光测厚仪进行测量。

每次发货前的检测:三坐标测量机、投影仪和硬度测试

每件小批量级进模冲压金属夹片原型在出厂前均经过三步检测。首先,蔡司三坐标测量机根据您的2D图纸测量关键尺寸——孔位、折弯角度和夹片间隙宽度。其次,20倍放大投影仪检查边缘状态和毛刺高度,我们将其控制在0.03 mm以下。

第三,洛氏硬度计对同一料带上的牺牲件验证热处理结果。我们会向您发送包含实际测量值的PDF检测报告,而非仅标注合格/不合格。如果任何尺寸超出公差,我们会在发货前重新调整模具——绝不接受"差不多"的放行。

小批量模具成本:模具共享与模块化镶件

大多数冲压厂即使只做100件也会收取全套模具费用。我们不这样做。对于您的金属夹片原型,我们使用带可互换镶件的模块化模架,模具成本比定制模具低30–50%。如果您的夹片设计在测试后发生变化,我们只需更换受影响的镶件——而非整套模具——为您再节省20%的修改费用。

对于极少量(200件以下),我们还可采用线切割落料方法,完全跳过模具,但零件边缘会略粗糙(Ra 1.6 vs Ra 0.8)。如果这种方法适合您的应用,我们会如实告知,确保您绝不会为不需要的模具付费。

为何交期是7天而非20天:厂内模具车间与CNC后备支持

冲压原型的行业平均交期为15–20天,因为大多数工厂将模具制造外包。我们拥有6人模具车间,配备3台线切割机和2台CNC铣床,因此您的级进模镶件可在3天内完成切割、淬硬和组装。其余4天用于材料切割、冲压调试、检测和运输。

包装与运输:无锈蚀、无弯折、无清关延误

小型夹片在运输中容易丢失或损坏。我们将每件原型先装入防静电气泡袋,再放入刚性ESD托盘,最后装入带泡沫内衬的双层瓦楞纸箱。对于不锈钢和铍铜夹片,我们额外添加VCI(气相防锈)纸,防止海运过程中出现任何表面氧化。

我们通过DHL、FedEx或UPS从深圳机场发货,距工厂仅30分钟车程。发往美国通常3–4天,欧洲4–5天。所有出口文件——商业发票、装箱单和原产地证书——均由我们的物流团队准备,确保您的清关零意外。

冲压原型真的没有起订量吗?

是的,我们接受小批量级进模冲压金属夹片原型从1件起订,不过1件的单件价格会高于50件,因为涉及调试时间。

收到原型后可以修改设计吗?

可以。如果您更改折弯角度或孔位,我们只需修改受影响的模具镶件——费用为新模具的20%,耗时增加2天。
