ER40刀柄的夹头座面采用8度锥角,通过一次装夹加工完成,以消除同心度误差。夹头由螺母径向压缩,螺母经过淬硬和磨削,其螺纹精度达到H6公差。这种设计同时沿轴向和径向拉紧刀具柄部,在无偏斜的情况下将其锁定。在我们的车间,我们使用千分表在距鼻端30 mm处对每把刀柄进行验证;我们接受的最大偏差为0.005 mm。这就是光洁表面与废品之间的区别。

我们使用的材料及热处理工艺,确保持久夹持力

刀体采用AISI 4140铬钼钢制成,加工前预硬至HRC 28-32。经过CNC粗加工和精加工后,我们对整个刀体进行气体氮化处理,渗层深度为0.3-0.5 mm,表面硬度达到HRC 58-60。夹头螺母采用20CrMnTi材料,渗碳深度0.8 mm,然后淬硬至HRC 58-62。弹簧夹头本身采用65Mn弹簧钢,热处理至HRC 44-48以适应弹性狭槽,每个夹头的夹持范围为1 mm。这种组合可防止螺纹咬死,减少锥面磨损,并在数千次循环后保持夹持力。

每把ER40刀柄在出厂前都经过5点检验。首先,我们使用精密气动量仪检查锥角——必须在±0.0005度以内。其次,我们将刀柄安装在测试心轴上,测量鼻端和50 mm伸出处的TIR;两者都必须通过0.005 mm的限值。第三,我们通过施加120 N·m扭矩并测量间隙来测试螺母的轴向游隙——必须小于0.02 mm。第四,我们使用轮廓仪测量锥面表面粗糙度,拒绝任何高于Ra 0.4 µm的产品。最后,我们在15,000 RPM下进行动平衡检查;可接受的不平衡等级为G2.5。您随货会收到一份签署的检验报告,包括您刀柄的序列号。

为什么选择CNC加工夹头刀柄而非铣削或铸造刀柄

铣削中心的平衡与高速性能

对于高速铣削,刀柄的不平衡会导致颤振和不良表面质量。我们标准配置下对每把ER40刀柄在15,000 RPM下进行动平衡至G2.5。这意味着残余不平衡量低于2.5 mm/s,这对于大多数CNC加工中心是可接受的。如果您需要更高转速,我们提供可选的平衡服务,可在20,000 RPM下达到G1.0,需额外费用并增加2天交货时间。螺母上有四个泄压槽,以0.5 mm半径铣削,以减少风阻并保持组件在高速下冷却。刀体具有18 mm的通孔用于冷却液流动,有助于在钻削或铣削深腔时排屑。

螺母螺纹是任何夹头刀柄上受力最大的部件。我们使用30度牙侧角的梯形螺纹轮廓,加工至H6公差。螺母渗碳至HRC 58-62,刀体螺纹氮化硬化至HRC 58-60。我们还在装配过程中涂覆干膜二硫化钼润滑剂——这将摩擦系数降至0.08,即使在5000次夹紧循环后也能防止咬死。螺母具有0.8 mm节距的滚花外圈,便于使用扭矩扳手牢固握持。我们建议对ER40重新施加120 N·m扭矩;我们的刀柄设计可承受高达150 N·m而不会发生螺纹变形。

刀柄的运输和包装

每把刀柄均单独包裹在防腐蚀VCI纸中,放入泡沫内衬塑料盒,然后装入坚固的5层出口纸箱。我们在盒内使用硅胶干燥剂包,以控制海运过程中的湿度。对于空运,如果订单超过10件,我们会增加额外气泡膜和木托盘。标准交货时间为裸刀体或带夹头刀柄7-10天。对于批量订单(50件以上),我们可以通过在两台CNC车床上并行生产将交货时间缩短至5天。小订单通过DHL、FedEx或UPS运输(1-3天),批量订单通过海运(20-30天)。所有刀柄均在我们东莞工厂中国制造,附带完整出口文件,包括材料证书和检验报告。
