为什么铰孔比钻孔需要更刚性的夹头

铰刀沿整个刃长以多刃切削。任何径向偏摆——即使只有0.01 mm——都会导致孔径超差、振纹和刃口过早磨损。标准钻夹头在侧向载荷下允许微动。我们的ER32弹簧夹头刀柄通过锥形螺母均匀压缩夹头围绕柄部,形成360°夹持。这使夹紧力均匀分布,将铰刀在轴向和径向上锁定。结果是:孔径一致性达到IT7级,且入口处无喇叭口。

ER32夹头几何形状与铰刀柄部配合

我们用42CrMo钢加工刀体,然后将锥度座磨削至8°夹角。夹头容纳孔圆度保持在0.003 mm。当您插入ER32夹头(单独购买或由我们供应)时,弹簧槽均匀收缩到铰刀柄上。对于h6公差柄部的铰刀,夹持刚性足以承受高达120 Nm的扭矩。我们还提供带中心孔的内冷型,用于高压冷却液输送到切削区——这对于铝或钢深孔铰孔至关重要。

我们使用的材料与热处理

我们从42CrMo(AISI 4140)棒料开始。经过CNC车削和铣削后,我们将刀体渗碳至0.8–1.2 mm的硬化层深度,然后淬火回火至58–62 HRC。这使锥度和螺纹表面具有耐磨性,同时保持能吸收振动的坚韧芯部。螺母由20CrMnTi制成,渗碳至相同硬度。所有关键表面——锥度、螺母螺纹和夹头座——均在热处理后精磨以消除变形。锥度表面粗糙度为Ra 0.2 µm,确保夹头平稳就位和夹紧力可重复。

我们如何在生产中保持0.005 mm跳动精度

跳动不是单一测量值;它是主轴锥度、刀体、夹头和铰刀柄部误差的总和。我们通过在外圆磨床上一次装夹中磨削ER32锥度和外部定位直径来控制我们的贡献。这种同轴度通过分辨率为0.001 mm的CNC刀具预调仪验证。然后,我们使用标准ER32夹头和20 mm测试棒测试每个刀柄,在距夹头鼻端3 mm处测量TIR。任何超过0.005 mm的均被拒收。我们的生产平均值为0.003 mm。

每次发货前的检验

每个ER32刀柄都经过三步检查。首先,尺寸检验:用正弦规检查锥角,用通止规检查螺纹螺距,用洛氏硬度计检查硬度。其次,功能测试:我们将刀柄安装在测试心轴上,装载标准铰刀,并在鼻端和50 mm延伸处测量跳动。第三,在放大镜下目视检查边缘毛刺或磨削烧伤。我们记录实际跳动值,并随每个单元附上测试证书。如果您要求,我们会在包装前发送跳动测试视频。

深孔铰孔的内冷选项

如果您铰孔深度超过3倍直径,排屑成为瓶颈。冷却液不足会导致积屑瘤和表面质量差。我们提供带4 mm中心冷却液孔的变体,在夹头座处用O型圈密封。这可将冷却液以高达70 bar的压力直接输送到切削刃。冷却液孔不会削弱刀体,因为我们将其定位在锥度的中性轴内。您可以订购此选项,而无需更改外部尺寸或跳动规格。

定制柄部和螺纹配置

标准刀柄通过适配器适配BT30、BT40、CAT40或HSK主轴。但许多CNC铰孔作业使用直柄刀柄配合Weldon或侧锁式夹持。我们可以加工带平位(用于紧定螺钉锁定)、键槽(用于扭矩传递)或定制螺纹(用于拉杆)的刀体。请告知您的主轴鼻端类型和拉杆螺纹螺距。我们将在CAD中修改刀体设计,发送3D PDF供您审批,然后按规格加工。对于倒角尺寸或螺纹深度等小改动,不收取额外费用。

铰孔表面粗糙度:您可预期的效果
