每只夹头均在东莞工厂加工,随后使用三坐标测量机和50倍光学比较仪进行检测。标准尺寸现货24小时内发货。定制孔径需5-7个工作日。

ER夹头刀柄如何实现无跳动夹持刀具

ER20夹头的工作原理是:当夹头螺母拧紧时,压缩八条精密磨削的狭缝。狭缝采用0.3毫米线切割加工,确保每个分段均匀移动。这种均匀的径向压缩将刀具柄部对中至主轴轴线,跳动在0.005毫米TIR以内。实际应用中,这意味着铣刀或钻头运转更平稳,与磨损或廉价夹头相比,可减少振纹并延长刀具寿命达30%。

我们在一次装夹中同时磨削内孔和外锥面,确保锥角(每侧8度)与孔中心线同轴。若偏差超过2微米,该夹头即被判定为不合格。

我们使用的材料及热处理工艺

我们选用65Mn弹簧钢或9SiCr合金工具钢,均采购自认证的中国钢厂。钢材经锻造后正火以消除内应力。CNC车削和铣削后,每只夹头在真空炉中淬硬至HRC 45-50,以防止表面脱碳。

最终磨削工序使用带冷却液的CBN砂轮,夹持孔表面粗糙度达到Ra 0.4,锥面达到Ra 0.2。低粗糙度减少了夹头与刀具柄部之间的摩擦,使您可以使用更高的夹紧扭矩而不会产生咬合。

我们如何加工槽和锥面

八条卸荷槽并非简单直切。我们以2度后锥角加工,防止夹头松开后粘附在刀具上。槽宽为0.8毫米,槽深控制在0.05毫米以内。这种几何结构使夹头即使夹持范围下限的刀具也能均匀闭合。

外锥面车削至0.005毫米圆度公差,然后与标准规对研。每批次均使用德国供应商提供的专用ER20锥度量规检测。我们不使用通用锥度量规,因为它们无法满足高速加工所需的重复性。

每次发货前的检测流程

每只夹头经过三道检测。第一,尺寸检测:使用数字千分尺和轮廓投影仪测量孔径、槽宽和锥角。第二,跳动测试:将夹头安装在测试座中,插入校准测试棒,记录距鼻端5毫米和20毫米处的TIR值,任何读数超过0.005毫米即判定不合格。

第三,硬度测试:使用便携式洛氏硬度计在夹头平面上测试,低于HRC 45的工件一律拒收。随货附批次证书,列出每只夹头的实测值。您无需在到货后对这些参数进行复检。

标准尺寸、定制孔径选项及交期

我们常备ER20夹头,适用于刀具直径:1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4、4.5、5、5.5、6、6.5、7、7.5、8、8.5、9、9.5、10、10.5、11、11.5、12和13毫米。每个尺寸在端面激光打标,经1000次清洁循环后仍清晰可读。

对于定制孔径(如3.17毫米或9.53毫米),我们可在5天内从现有毛坯加工完成。定制孔磨削至H4公差(0至+0.008毫米)。定制孔径最小起订量为10件,但标准尺寸无起订量——您可以订购单件进行测试。
