ER40夹头如何实现0.005 mm TIR跳动消除

ER40夹头系统采用锥形套筒,可围绕刀柄均匀收缩。我们的夹头本体由42CrMo合金钢单件坯料在五轴CNC车床上加工而成,然后磨削至锥孔座与后锥面之间0.003 mm的同轴度。当您将螺母拧紧至120 Nm时,夹头均匀压缩,可夹持直径3 mm至26 mm的圆棒,不会出现使用止动螺钉刀柄时常见的摆动问题。

我们使用精密气动量仪对每只夹头进行验证。鼻端最大TIR为0.005 mm,在距夹头端面40 mm处测量。这一数值在整个ER40系列中保持一致——不仅仅是单个测试件。相比之下,目录中的标准夹头通常跳动为0.015 mm或更差。这0.01 mm的差异就是良好表面质量与高公差零件报废之间的差距。

材料与热处理:42CrMo钢,58–60 HRC

我们采用42CrMo(AISI 4140)圆棒料,而非可能存在内部疏松的铸件或锻件。粗车后,我们进行淬火和回火处理,硬度达到58-60 HRC。这使夹头本体具备足够的刚性,在重切削下抵抗变形——即使承受高达主轴扭矩80%的负载,也不会出现可测量的挠曲。

夹头螺母经过表面渗碳硬化处理,硬度达到60-62 HRC,并带有黑色氧化表面处理以增强耐腐蚀性。内螺纹采用滚压而非切削加工,与切削螺纹相比,疲劳寿命提高30%。每只夹头均在-120°C下进行深冷处理以稳定微观组织,防止多年使用后出现尺寸漂移。

我们还提供不锈钢材质(17-4PH)的变体,适用于医疗或食品级应用。该变体保持相同的0.005 mm TIR,但能够抵抗冷却液或冲洗造成的锈蚀。请在图纸中告知您的材料要求,我们将相应调整热处理工艺。

ER夹头兼容性与规格:3 mm至26 mm夹持范围

这款夹头可适配任何知名品牌的标准ER40夹头——不仅限于我们自己的产品。锥角为每侧8°,符合DIN 6499标准。您可以将我们的夹头与现有的ER40夹头套装配合使用,既节省成本又避免库存重复。

最大夹持范围为26 mm,夹头从3 mm至26 mm以1 mm为增量提供。对于公制或英制刀柄,我们可根据您的机床主轴鼻端加工后锥面——选项包括A2-4、A2-5、A2-6或带键槽的直柄。我们还为特定车床型号制造带导向孔的定制后板。

表面光洁度与涂层:Ra 0.4 µm,可选TiN

夹头本体和螺母的所有功能表面均磨削至Ra 0.4 µm。这种低粗糙度可减少夹头与锥面之间的摩擦,即使在数千次循环后仍能获得一致的夹紧力。我们使用轮廓仪对每个零件进行表面光洁度测量,而非仅抽检。

对于大批量生产或铸铁等磨蚀性材料,我们提供在螺母和锥面上进行TiN(氮化钛)涂层的选项。这增加了3 µm的涂层厚度,可将磨损降低50%,并防止频繁更换夹头时出现咬合现象。涂层夹头是24/7运行的汽车和航空航天生产线的标准配置。

如果您需要非反射表面用于光学对准或减少手动车床操作中的眩光,我们可以提供哑光黑色氧化处理。这是一项免费选项,且不影响尺寸精度。

每件发货前检验:100%气动量仪检测

每只ER40夹头在出厂前均经过12点检验。我们使用Federal气动量仪测量鼻端TIR,使用洛氏硬度计检测硬度,并使用螺纹塞规检测螺母。如果任何一项不合格,该夹头将被报废,而非返工。

我们还会使用真实的ER40夹头和10 mm测试棒对每只夹头进行测试。测试棒必须在我们的测试车床上以3,000 RPM转速旋转,且无可检测的振动。这模拟了您的实际工作条件,让您知道夹头在您的机床上能够真正发挥性能,而不仅仅是纸面数据。

每笔订单都会附带一份签署的检验报告。报告包括实测TIR、硬度以及测试装置的照片。这是我们所有CNC加工产品的标准流程,无论您订购一件还是一千件。

交期与物流:标准7天,定制15天
