方孔如何防止刀具在负载下旋转

圆孔仅依赖摩擦力。当冷却液进入接触面或切削力骤增时,摩擦力会失效。方孔通过四个平面机械锁定刀柄,这是一种正向驱动系统。夹头内部从圆孔到方孔的过渡采用渐变曲线,而非尖角。尖角会产生应力集中。我们以0.2 mm圆角加工该过渡区域,以保持夹头的弹性。您可以使用现有的ER25夹头体夹持6 mm方柄,无需更换夹头。

我们在热处理后对方孔进行磨削。磨削而非铣削,才能保证平面间尺寸±0.002 mm的公差。铣削会留下刀痕,磨削则呈现镜面效果。每个平面与相对平面的平行度在0.003 mm以内。当您拧紧夹头螺母时,方孔在四个面上均匀收缩,刀具不会倾斜。这就是我们将跳动控制在5微米以下的方法。

我们使用的夹头体材料与热处理工艺

夹头体采用65Mn弹簧钢。我们选择65Mn,因为其在适当热处理后的疲劳极限为480 MPa。较软的钢材如45#钢在10,000次循环后会失去弹簧记忆。65Mn在超过100,000次循环后仍能保持弹性范围。我们将其淬硬至HRC 58-60,然后在380°C下回火以消除内应力。结果是夹头在每次释放后都能回弹至原始孔径。

对于腐蚀性环境或医疗应用,我们提供17-4PH不锈钢。该版本硬度为HRC 40-44,稍软但完全防锈。方孔采用相同的磨削工艺。我们还提供TiN涂层选项(厚度2-3 µm),适用于外锥面。这能减少与夹头螺母的摩擦,并防止在20,000 RPM以上的高速主轴上发生咬合。如果您需要特殊孔径,我们通过线切割从实体加工出方形,然后磨削。不采用刮削或拉削,以保持晶粒结构完整。

每次发货前的检验:跳动与孔径测量报告

每一只夹头都经过最终检验,而非抽样批次。我们使用蔡司CONTURA三坐标测量机检测方孔几何形状,使用带0.001 mm千分表的TIR测量仪检测跳动。检验报告随产品附在包装盒内,列出在鼻端和10 mm深度处实测的跳动值。我们还使用液压扭矩扳手在50 N·m下测量夹紧力。报告显示轴向拉出刀具所需的力。对于6 mm方柄,该拉出力通常为2,800 N。

每只夹头体上都有序列号,可追溯至对应批次的材料热处理证书。如果您发现问题,我们在72小时内无条件更换。自2005年以来我们一直如此。我们内部质检门的拒收率为1.2%,客户现场退货率为0.15%。这些数据来自我们2024年的年度报告。

为什么我们的ER夹头适配标准ER25、ER32、ER40螺母

锥角为8°,鼻端角度为30°,完全符合DIN 6499标准。这意味着您可以使用现有的ER夹头螺母和扳手。我们不制造专用螺纹。夹头体外径公差为h6,符合ISO 286标准。这是任何标准ER刀柄的直接替换件。我们还加工槽口:ER25为12槽,ER32和ER40为16槽。槽宽1.6 mm,槽底圆角0.8 mm,确保收缩力均匀分布。

我们使用销规检查槽深。槽口不得延伸至方孔区域。如果延伸至该区域,方孔角落在反复夹紧下会开裂。我们的槽深在距方孔起始位置2 mm处停止。这是大多数普通夹头工厂忽略的细节。这一点很重要,因为夹头开裂意味着工件报废和主轴损坏。

包装与可追溯性,适用于长期储存

每只夹头单独用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹,然后放入硬质塑料管中。管上标注零件号、批次代码和检验日期。我们不使用会吸湿的泡沫托盘。VCI纸在标准仓库条件下可保护24个月。塑料管可防止夹头在运输过程中滚动碰撞其他零件。我们根据您的位置通过DHL快递或联邦快递发货。对于100件订单,我们使用带独立槽位的分隔木箱。

定制方孔尺寸的最小起订量是多少?

无最小起订量——我们接受单件定制线切割方孔,但首件需支付45美元的工装设置费。

能否提供六角孔而非方孔的夹头?

可以,我们使用相同的磨削工艺加工六角孔(对边3、4、5、6 mm),公差同样为±0.002 mm。

如何验证方孔夹头的跳动?

我们插入一根精密磨削的方形测试棒,以50 N·m扭矩夹紧,使用0.001 mm千分表在鼻端和10 mm深度处测量TIR。

如果我需要200件标准ER32尺寸,交期是多少?

标准尺寸500件以内交期为10天;对于200件,我们通常可在8天内发货,因为我们有65Mn棒料库存。
