我们是BQUQ,一家位于中国东莞的精密制造工厂,自2004年起运营。我们在自有8,000平方米的厂房内,使用五轴CNC车床和外圆磨床制造这款夹头。每件产品在包装前均经过100%检验。无起订量要求,您可以订购一件用于打样,也可以订购500件用于批量生产。

ER弹性夹头如何实现无跳动夹持刀具

ER32弹性夹头的工作原理是:当您用扳手拧紧螺母时,带有开槽的弹性夹头向内收缩。夹头的八条槽缝均匀地围绕刀具刀柄收缩,使其在夹头内部8°锥面上居中定位。由于锥面与夹头外径在一次装夹中磨削完成,跳动精度在距鼻端3倍夹头直径处保持在0.005 mm TIR以内。这就是您如何夹持一把10 mm立铣刀,并一刀接一刀地获得0.01 mm槽宽的方法。

我们在同一次CNC车削工序中加工夹头容纳孔和外部定位直径,然后在外圆磨床上以0.0005 mm的分辨率对两个表面进行精磨。这消除了分次装夹带来的累积误差。扳手采用双销设计,由45#钢加工而成,硬度为40–45 HRC,在50 N·m的拧紧扭矩下不会变形。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

夹头本体采用20CrMnTi,这是一种常用于齿轮和重型刀柄的渗碳钢。我们将其渗碳至0.8–1.2 mm的硬化层深度,表面硬度达到58–60 HRC,而芯部保持35–40 HRC以获得韧性。这种组合既能抵抗弹性夹头压力造成的压痕,又能吸收断续切削产生的冲击。

夹头螺母采用40CrMo,经调质处理至28–32 HRC,然后对螺纹侧面进行氮化处理至600 HV。这可以防止反复用扳手拧紧时出现螺纹咬死现象。扳手本身采用45#钢,销尖端部经过感应淬火。本产品不使用铸件或锻件——所有零件均从实心圆棒料开始,加工至最终形状。

磨削与表面光洁度规格

CNC车削后,我们磨削三个关键表面:内部8°锥面、外部定位直径和后端驱动面。锥面磨削精度控制在理论轮廓的0.003 mm以内,锥面表面光洁度为Ra 0.2 µm。这是实际与弹性夹头接触的表面,此处的任何粗糙度都会直接传递到您的刀具跳动上。

外径(ER32通常为50 mm)磨削至h6公差(−0.016 / −0.006 mm)。这适用于标准BT30、BT40或HSK刀柄的压配安装。后端面磨削平面度至0.005 mm,确保夹头与主轴端面垂直贴合。所有其他外表面车削至Ra 1.6 µm,既足够光滑以利于排屑,又能防止锈蚀积聚。

每批发货前的检验

每件夹头都经过我们QC实验室的6项检验流程,而非随机抽检。我们使用正弦规和千分表测量锥角,使用0.001 mm分辨率的千分表在精密芯轴上测量跳动,并使用洛氏硬度计在本体三个点测量硬度。夹头螺母螺纹使用通止规进行检测。

我们还会使用标准ER32弹性夹头和10 mm测试棒对组装好的夹头进行测试。将测试棒插入,用扳手以50 N·m扭矩拧紧,然后记录鼻端和距鼻端50 mm处的跳动值。这些数据打印在随每件产品附带的测试证书上。如果您需要完整的材质证书或三坐标测量报告,我们免费提供。

面向全球CNC车间的包装与运输

每件夹头经过溶剂槽清洗、涂覆防锈油,并用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹。然后放入双壁纸箱内的硬质泡沫衬垫中。扳手与夹头同箱包装,配有泡沫凹槽以防止运输途中移动。10件以上订单使用带钢带捆扎的木箱包装。

小批量订单我们通过DHL、FedEx或UPS发货——到美国、欧盟或澳大利亚的典型运输时间为3–5天。批量订单从深圳港海运,到洛杉矶或鹿特丹的运输时间为20天。所有出口文件,包括商业发票、装箱单和原产地证书,均由我们内部准备。

根据您的主轴接口定制夹头

标准ER32夹头外径为50 mm,后端为圆柱形,但我们可以根据您的具体主轴进行加工。常见选项包括BT40或BT30锥柄、HSK63A中空锥柄,或带螺纹拉杆孔的直柄。我们还可以制作定制长度——例如,用于深腔加工的120 mm加长版本。

如果您需要不同规格的弹性夹头,我们可以制造ER16、ER20、ER25和ER40版本,公差相同。扳手可以加长手柄以提供更高扭矩,或将销式改为平面扳手面。只需发送您的图纸或带有关键尺寸的草图,我们的工程师将在24小时内确认设计方案。
