ER25弹簧夹头如何均匀分布夹紧力而不损伤您的端铣刀

ER25系统采用锥形夹头,当您拧紧螺母时,夹头围绕刀具柄部均匀压缩。与螺钉锁紧刀柄不同,夹紧力施加在整个接触长度上——在我们的刀窝设计中通常为10 mm至12 mm的接合长度。这消除了点载荷,因此您的端铣刀柄保持圆整且无压痕。我们将内锥面加工至8°包含角,表面粗糙度Ra 0.4 µm,确保每次换刀时夹头都能一致就位。结果是重复跳动精度低于0.005 mm,即使经过500多次换刀后依然如此。

我们用于夹头本体和螺母的材料及热处理

我们采用42CrMo4(AISI 4140)制造夹头本体,因为它在韧性和可加工性之间取得了平衡。本体硬化至HRC 58-62,然后回火以降低脆性,同时保持屈服强度高于900 MPa。锁紧螺母采用20CrMnTi渗碳钢制造,表面渗碳硬化至HRC 58-62,芯部硬度为HRC 30-35。这种组合为您提供了耐磨螺纹和坚韧芯部,可抵抗反复高扭矩拧紧时的开裂。我们不使用1215易切削钢——它无法达到生产切削所需的硬度或疲劳寿命。

保证0.005 mm跳动的加工工序

我们从实心棒料开始,而非铸件。我们的五轴CNC车床将外轮廓车削至0.01 mm以内。然后铣削驱动平面和螺纹退刀槽。内锥面半精镗后,进行热处理,最后使用CBN砂轮在CNC内圆磨床上磨削。磨削工序仅去除0.2 mm余量,将热变形控制在0.002 mm以下。磨削后,我们使用母夹头对锥面进行研磨,以实现锥面至少85%的接触率。这不是标准的商业公差——这正是您在高转速加工中获得稳定夹持的保证。

每次发货前的检验——不仅仅是样品报告

每一件夹头都经过检验,而非每批仅抽检一件。我们使用探针分辨率为0.0005 mm的三坐标测量机验证锥角、螺纹螺距以及内孔与锥面的同心度。跳动精度使用精密心轴上的千分表测量——任何超过0.005 mm TIR的产品均被拒收。表面硬度使用洛氏硬度计在本体和螺母上验证。我们还进行功能测试:夹持一根标准10 mm端铣刀柄,测量鼻端和距鼻端3倍直径处的跳动。您随货会收到一份检验报告副本。如果您需要完整的材料证书或PPAP三级报告,我们可以免费提供。

可供您设计参考的标准尺寸和性能规格

我们按照ISO 15488(DIN 6499)尺寸标准加工这些夹头。这意味着您可以使用任何品牌的标准ER25夹头——我们不会将您锁定在我们的夹头上。螺母螺纹为M40×1.5,柄部可选直圆柱、CAT40、BT40或HSK63A配置。如果您需要定制柄长或特殊螺纹,我们可以根据您的图纸修改设计。以下是我们的最常见配置——带内冷孔的直柄——的标准规格表。

为何我们的ER25夹头在轻断续切削中优于液压刀柄

液压刀柄减振效果更好,但成本高出4-5倍,且需要液压泵进行装配。我们的ER25夹头以20%的成本提供80%的减振性能。对于铝材或预加工钢件的精加工走刀,表面粗糙度差异在Ra 0.2 µm以内——对大多数应用而言可忽略不计。真正的优势在于换刀速度:使用标准扭矩扳手,您可以在30秒内完成端铣刀更换。这使得该夹头非常适合每天运行多个小批量的加工车间。如果您需要最大减振性能用于重载粗加工,我们会推荐液压刀柄——但对于90%的铣削工作,这款ER25夹头是正确的工程选择。

我们针对特定应用加工的定制选项

我们可以在柄部增加驱动销平面,将长度延长最多50 mm以实现深腔加工,或在螺母上加工定制螺纹以安装锁紧环。如果您使用主轴内冷,我们还提供通冷却液孔最大Ø6 mm的版本。对于转速超过20,000 RPM的高速主轴,我们可以将夹头平衡至G2.5 @ 25,000 RPM——只需在图纸上指定目标转速即可。过去5年中,我们已加工超过12,000件夹头刀柄,并备有常见变体的刀具库存以缩短您的交货期。
