ER16弹簧夹头系统如何消除钻头摆动

标准钻夹头使用三个夹爪,夹持不均匀,导致钻头偏离中心。ER16弹簧夹头采用精密开槽套筒,沿整个柄部圆周径向均匀压缩。当夹头螺母拧紧至50 Nm时,夹头以18-22 kN的重复夹持力闭合,将钻头牢牢固定在正中心。8°夹头锥度使套筒在刀柄本体内自动定心——无需手动调整,1000次循环后无跳动漂移。对于CNC钻孔,这就是10.0mm干净圆孔与10.05mm椭圆孔之间的区别。

我们用于刀柄本体和螺母的材料及热处理工艺

刀柄本体采用42CrMo(AISI 4140等效)锻造而成,而非铸造或棒料切割。锻造使晶粒结构定向排列,防止在高主轴转速下变形。CNC加工后,我们进行淬火和回火至58-62 HRC,然后在-80°C深冷处理2小时以稳定马氏体。结果:即使经过5000次以上夹持循环,零尺寸漂移。夹头螺母采用20CrMnTi制造,渗碳层深度0.8mm,表面硬度60-64 HRC——这使螺母螺纹在日常换刀中具有耐磨性。ER16弹簧夹头本身采用弹簧钢(65Mn),淬硬至44-48 HRC以保证弹性恢复,槽口激光切割至0.3mm宽度以实现均匀压缩。

加工工艺:从42CrMo棒料到成品刀柄的8个步骤

我们不外包任何关键工序。第1步:锯切42CrMo棒料至所需长度。第2步:CNC车削本体外径和锥孔(粗加工,留0.5mm余量)。第3步:热处理至58-62 HRC。第4步:无心磨削外径至24.0mm ±0.005mm。第5步:内圆磨削8°锥座至表面粗糙度Ra 0.2μm。第6步:CNC铣削驱动平面和冷却孔。第7步:与ER16弹簧夹头和螺母进行最终装配。第8步:在Marposs测量仪上进行100%跳动检测——任何超过0.005mm TIR的单元均被拒收。每个刀柄的完整周期为4.5小时,我们每周至少生产50件一批。

每批发货前检测——我们测量和记录的内容

每件刀柄均经过5点检测,报告在包装前通过电子邮件发送给您。第一:使用6.0mm测试棒检测夹头端部跳动——以微米记录。第二:使用正弦规和量块检测锥角——必须读数为8° ± 0.05°。第三:使用洛氏硬度计对本体和螺母进行硬度抽检。第四:使用GO/NO-GO量规检测M16x1.5螺母的螺纹配合。第五:在10倍放大下目视检查刀具痕迹、毛刺或镀层缺陷。任何一点不合格,刀柄即报废,不会送到您手中。过去两年我们的缺陷率为0.2%,经第三方审核验证。

为什么这款刀柄适用于您现有的CNC主轴——兼容性说明

这是标准ER16配置,适用于任何具有24.0mm夹头座和M16x1.5拉杆螺纹的主轴。大多数Haas、Fanuc、Mitsubishi或国产CNC加工中心和钻孔中心无需适配器即可使用。如果您的主轴使用不同螺纹(例如ER20或BT30),我们可以加工刀柄本体以匹配——只需在订购时指定主轴型号。随附钻头为标准HSS-Co 5%钴高速钢麻花钻,直径6.0mm,顶角90°,适用于钢、铝和不锈钢(抗拉强度最高800 MPa)。对于更硬的材料,我们提供硬质合金钻头作为定制选项。

每件刀柄单独用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹,放入定制泡沫内衬,密封在双层瓦楞纸箱中。订购10件以上,我们使用带内部泡沫隔板的木箱——运输过程中无金属间接触。运输选项:DHL或FedEx国际快递(3-5天送达美国/欧洲),大批量订单海运(15-25天至主要港口)。我们为每批货物投保全额价值。由于无最小起订量,您可以订购一件进行测试,我们将以与1000件订单相同的包装标准对待。
