我们在东莞工厂使用42CrMo4合金钢加工这些夹头,然后进行研磨和珩磨内孔。标准尺寸交期为7天,定制内孔轮廓为12天。无起订量——订购一套或五十套均可。

25-28-30-32中系列如何实现无变形夹持

每个夹头采用12槽设计,后部带30°锥角,与标准自动车床主轴匹配。槽采用线切割而非铣削加工,因此四个尺寸的弹簧作用力均匀一致。这避免了拧紧拉管时廉价夹头上常见的“椭圆变形”问题。

对于25毫米和28毫米尺寸,我们使用0.5毫米槽宽。对于30毫米和32毫米,槽宽为0.8毫米。这提供了足够的弹性,可补偿高达0.1毫米的棒料直径变化,同时不损失夹持力。您可以在6,000 RPM转速下使用冷却液运行——不打滑,无振纹。

夹头本体使用的材料及热处理工艺

基材为42CrMo4(AISI 4140)合金钢——非低碳钢。我们在加工前将其预硬化至HRC 28,开槽后整体淬硬至HRC 58–60。每批产品均使用洛氏硬度计进行最终硬度范围验证,而非抽样检测。

夹持表面不仅经过硬化处理。我们将其研磨至Ra 0.4 µm,然后施加轻质磷酸盐涂层,以防止不锈钢和铝棒材发生咬合。不采用镀铬处理——镀层会剥落并损坏主轴。30°锥角研磨角度公差为±0.005°。

跳动控制:我们如何在每个夹头上保持0.005毫米TIR

跳动是精密车削的敌人。我们在校准过的测试夹具中测量每个夹头,而非自由状态下测量。测试程序:插入研磨标准棒(直径公差±0.002毫米),使用校准扭矩扳手拧紧,在距鼻端10毫米处读取TIR。如果超过0.005毫米,则判定为不合格。

对于32毫米尺寸,由于直径较大,我们保持0.007毫米TIR。这仍然比ISO 15488 A级标准(允许0.015毫米)更严格。您可以使用这些夹头进行精加工工序,无需二次装夹。

每次发货前的检验——我们实际检查的项目

套装中的每个夹头——全部四个尺寸——均经过9项检验。我们检查:内孔直径、锥角、槽宽、槽深、槽数、硬度、表面粗糙度、测试夹具中的TIR,以及锥面与内孔之间的同心度。检验结果打印并随箱附上。

我们还进行功能测试:将每套夹头安装在数控车床上,加工一根测试棒以验证零件公差。如果夹头未通过功能测试,则直接报废,不进行返工。您的货物将附带一份签署的检验单。
