46型锥槽如何在8,000 RPM下实现零刀具滑移

此夹头上的锥槽并非简单切割——而是采用0.4毫米半径刀具路径加工的螺旋卸荷槽,然后手工研磨至镜面光洁度。槽宽为1.8毫米±0.01毫米,锥角为16°(单侧),公差为±0.002°。这种几何结构形成自锁夹持力,当拉杆将夹头拉入卡盘体时,径向力增加22%。在8,000 RPM下,即使使用12毫米方柄刀具承受45 N·m扭矩,该槽也能防止刀具拔出。我们每批次均通过动态跳动测试进行验证,而非仅进行静态量规检查。

我们用于46型夹头的材料与热处理工艺

如需在到货时检验槽体,请使用配备0.5毫米红宝石测针的三坐标测量机,沿槽长进行3点扫描。锥角应读取为距中心线16°±0.002°。槽宽应从前到后保持在0.01毫米以内恒定。跳动通过将夹头安装在测试心轴上并在槽面处指示来检查——最大总指示跳动为0.003毫米。我们的图纸(PDF)包含精确的测针路径和基准点,因此您可以在实验室中复现我们的检验流程。
