6061-T6与7075-T6:为您的射频环境选择合适的基础合金

我们使用两种主要合金加工支架,选择将影响支架的刚度重量比和耐腐蚀性。6061-T6(屈服强度276 MPa)是我们的默认选择:焊接性能好,阳极氧化效果佳,成本更低。对于高振动桅杆或重型天线(超过5 kg),我们推荐7075-T6(屈服强度503 MPa)——强度接近两倍,但材料成本高出15%。两种材料均附带轧制证书,我们使用洛氏硬度计对每批次进行硬度验证(6061为布氏硬度95,7075为布氏硬度150)。

对于不锈钢需求,我们加工304或316L材质。316L添加了钼元素以提高耐氯化物腐蚀性能——适用于海上或沿海安装。我们不使用不明合金;每根棒料均可追溯至其炉号。如果您的图纸指定了其他合金(例如黄铜用于射频接地),我们可在48小时内采购并认证。

我们如何控制天线主轴孔的跳动

主安装孔的跳动是最大的敌人。如果孔中心线相对于安装面发生摆动,天线将倾斜,波束方向图将失真。我们通过四轴铣床一次装夹完成支架加工,实现主孔总指示跳动(TIR)0.01mm。我们绝不在孔和面之间翻转零件。

我们的CNC单元使用10,000转/分主轴配合液压刀柄,以最小化刀具偏摆。对于关键孔,我们使用0.2mm切深、0.05mm/转进给的精加工走刀。这可在孔内产生一致的Ra 0.8µm表面粗糙度,同时有助于锁紧螺钉获得适当的扭矩而不发生咬合。我们在每件零件的检验报告中记录跳动数据,而不仅仅是首件。

能抵抗振动松动的螺纹和螺纹护套

天线支架面临持续的风致振动。在裸铝上攻丝孔在反复装配后会滑牙。我们提供两种解决方案。首先,我们按照ASME B1.13M标准切削2B级螺纹,螺纹深度为直径的1.5倍。其次,对于任何装配超过五次的孔,如果图纸上有标注,我们免费安装不锈钢螺旋螺纹护套(例如4-40至3/8-16)。

对于射频接地,我们可以在支架底座上加工导电镀金接触面。我们还提供按MIL-STD-3350标准交叉钻孔的安全丝孔,防止紧固件松脱。如果您不需要螺纹护套,我们可以在发货前涂覆乐泰螺纹锁固胶——只需在询价单中注明即可。

每个支架附带的全套检验数据

您无需仅凭我们的承诺。对于每笔订单,我们提供完整的三坐标测量机(CMM)尺寸检验报告(FAI),对关键特征进行测量。我们测量:孔径、安装孔位置度、底座平面度、表面粗糙度(使用轮廓仪)和硬度(洛氏B标尺)。对于超过50件的订单,我们附带X-bar和R控制图,展示工艺稳定性。

我们还提供材料证书(EN 10204 3.1)以及RoHS/REACH合规声明。如果您需要PPAP Level 3,我们可以生成——只需在报价阶段提出要求。我们的质检团队独立于生产部门;如果任何公差超出规格,他们有权停止发货。

表面处理和阳极氧化:从Ra 0.4到哑光黑

标准机加工表面粗糙度为Ra 1.6µm。对于射频垫片的密封面,我们提供Ra 0.4µm的抛光表面。对于外部支架,我们推荐硬质阳极氧化至50µm厚度(按MIL-A-8625 Type III标准),呈现哑光黑或灰色,表面硬度相当于60 HRC。这不仅仅是外观处理;它能防止铝支架与不锈钢紧固件之间的电偶腐蚀。

如果您需要特定颜色(例如军绿色或用于太阳反射的白色),我们在阳极氧化后进行染色步骤。我们不喷涂油漆,因为油漆会剥落并掩盖裂纹。阳极氧化是我们为铝材提供的唯一表面处理。对于不锈钢,我们可按ASTM A967标准进行钝化处理,去除游离铁并提高耐腐蚀性。

交期和运输:标准7天,原型24小时

CNC加工天线安装支架的标准交期为7个工作日,数量最高500件。原型(1-5件)在24-48小时内通过DHL或FedEx Express发货。我们常备6061-T6和7075-T6棒料的常用尺寸库存(例如25mm、50mm、75mm圆棒和方棒),消除了材料采购延迟。

为您的支架几何形状选择合适的切削刀具

并非所有天线支架都是简单的平板。有些具有薄壁、深腔或盲孔螺纹。我们使用的刀具决定了成本和品质。对于深腔(深度 > 3倍直径),我们使用变螺距立铣刀以减少振颤。对于精细螺纹,我们使用螺纹铣刀而非丝锥——这减少了7075铝中的断刀风险,并允许更严格的螺距公差。如果您正在设计具有特殊特征的支架,我们的CNC切削刀具选择指南解释了刀具几何形状如何影响铝和不锈钢的表面质量。

如何在图纸上定义公差
