服务器散热器:铝挤基座+冲压 FIN 组装,鳍片 0.3mm、两个月上量

服务器 CPU 功耗越做越高,传统铝挤散热器的齿间距已经到了极限:齿再密,模具挤不出来;齿厚再薄,强度撑不住。于是有了复合方案——基座用铝挤保证平整度和导热路径,鳍片用冲压件一片片组装上去,鳍片可以做得很薄、很密,散热面积翻着倍涨。

项目背景与挑战

一家服务器厂商为新一代 CPU 开发散热器:基座 6063-T5 铝挤,鳍片 0.3mm 铝板冲压成型后与基座组装,总高度 60mm,要求热阻比上一代下降 15%,项目从设计冻结到量产只有两个月。

难点:鳍片薄,冲压与组装过程极易变形;鳍片与基座的连接方式决定热传导效率,连接不良等于白做;两个月上量意味着模具、工艺、检测要一次走通,没有反复试错的时间。

级进模一次成型,模具内整形工位校正翘曲;组装采用定位特征引导,避免鳍片受力不均变形。变形控制靠模具与工装,不靠人工校。

鳍片和基座怎么连接才不掉、导热才好?

扣合结构保证机械强度,配合导热胶填充接触间隙保证热传导;每批做组装拉力与热阻实测,数据随批交付。

两个月上量来得及吗?
