翅片成型方式:冲压与CNC加工

我们提供两种生产工艺。对于大批量生产(超过5,000件),我们使用渐进式冲压模具,以每分钟60次的速度折叠0.2 mm至0.5 mm厚的铝6061或铜C1100带材。对于小批量或高度定制形状,我们从实心块上CNC加工翅片阵列——这使翅片厚度可低至0.3 mm,高厚比达40:1。两种方法最终质量相同:无毛刺、无锐边,每片翅片与底板的垂直度在0.02 mm以内。

我们使用的材料与热处理,确保长寿命

我们备有铝6061-T6、5052-H32和1100-O(软态易成型),以及铜C1100和C1020(最大导电性)。对于铝材,我们可施加T6热处理,使硬度达到85 HRB,屈服强度达到240 MPa——这能防止翅片在振动或热循环中弯曲。铜件可进行退火处理(45 HRB)以便弯曲,或保持半硬态(65 HRB)以满足刚度需求。除非您要求,否则我们不使用再生合金;每卷材料均附有钢厂证书。

钎焊与粘接:我们控制的关键薄弱点

翅片与底板的连接决定了热阻。我们对铝材采用真空钎焊(无焊剂,接头强度为母材的90%),对铜材采用银焊料炉中钎焊(接头厚度0.05 mm,无空洞)。对于快速周转原型,我们使用导热环氧树脂,导热系数为3.5 W/m·K——这仅增加0.1°C/W的热阻。每个钎焊单元均通过C-SAM扫描检测分层;任何空洞大于1 mm²的部件都会被拒收。

每次发货前的检验:不仅仅是目视检查

我们使用数字高度计在每个散热器上三个点测量翅片间距。我们在花岗岩平板上使用0.002 mm指示表检查底板平面度。我们使用分辨率为0.001 mm的CMM探针验证翅片高度。对于热性能,我们抽取随机样本(每20件取1件)在2 m/s风速下进行风洞测试,并将热阻与您的规格书进行比较。每个单元都激光雕刻序列号,发货后24小时内您会收到包含所有原始数据的PDF检验报告。

表面处理与防腐蚀选项

标准表面处理为透明阳极氧化(Alumilite 204),厚度8–12 μm,底板表面粗糙度Ra 0.8 μm。对于铜材,我们施加镀镍层(5 μm)以防止变色。如果您需要较低发射率以利于辐射传热,我们可以添加黑色阳极氧化(MIL-A-8625 Type III),将发射率从0.2提高到0.9。除非您要求,否则我们不遮蔽翅片——遮蔽会增加3天时间,每件成本增加$0.15。

如何融入您的PCB或外壳设计

我们可以直接在底板上加工安装孔(M2.5至M6)、螺柱和螺纹嵌件。波纹翅片图案仅允许单向气流;我们在底板上用激光标记气流箭头,防止装配工人错误定向。我们还提供预涂导热界面材料(相变或硅胶垫)在底板上——这节省了一个装配步骤,与现场涂覆导热硅脂相比,热阻降低0.05°C/W。

原型无最小起订量——我们可制作单件用于测试,固定设置费$45。对于生产订单,我们要求500件起订以分摊冲压模具成本,但CNC加工可接受50至5,000件之间的任意数量,单价略高。

我们使用在线视觉系统对100%的零件检查翅片间距和高度,而不仅仅是抽样。每第500件零件进入CMM进行全面尺寸验证,如果任何偏差超过图纸要求的0.01 mm,我们会暂停生产。

实际交货时间是多少,而不是报价中的时间?
