我们是BQUQ,一家位于中国东莞的精密制造工厂,拥有20年CNC加工、冲压和弹簧生产经验。每一件CPU散热器出厂时均附带三坐标测量(CMM)检测报告,而非凭猜测。

真正推动气流的翅片几何结构:槽宽与槽深公差

CPU散热器的散热性能取决于翅片之间的间隙和每个通道的深度。我们可加工窄至1.2 mm宽的槽,深宽比达8:1,槽宽公差控制在±0.05 mm。这不是冲压金属板折叠而成,而是实心铝坯CNC铣削,因此气流路径内无毛刺。翅片尖端0.02 mm的跳动确保风扇均匀地将空气推过每个通道,而非仅中心区域。

对于典型的90 mm × 90 mm底座,我们根据您的热设计目标加工25至40片翅片。如果您需要均温板或热管接口,我们将底座凹槽深度加工至±0.01 mm,确保热管贴合紧密且焊料均匀润湿。

我们用于CPU散热器的材料与热处理

我们常备6063-T5和6061-T6铝合金用于大多数CPU散热器。6063-T5的导热系数为201 W/m·K,是我们的默认选择,因为它挤压成型顺畅且加工时不易撕裂。如需更高强度,可选用6061-T6(167 W/m·K),我们将其时效处理至8–12 HRC,防止薄翅片在组装过程中弯曲。我们还加工C1100铜底座,满足385 W/m·K的均热需求——采用CNC加工并进行镀镍处理以防氧化。

CPU接触区域的表面粗糙度标准为Ra 1.6 µm。这一点至关重要,因为较粗糙的表面会在CPU芯片与散热器之间滞留空气,增加0.1–0.2 °C/W的热阻。如需镜面效果,我们可通过抛光达到Ra 0.8 µm,但交期将增加2天。

我们如何在避免薄翅片翘曲的同时保证底座平面度

薄翅片在加工过程中会因铝坯中的残余应力而翘曲。我们在CNC切割前先将材料在180 °C下进行4小时去应力处理。随后先加工底座,将其夹持在真空吸盘上,最后切割翅片。这一顺序确保底座平面度保持在0.05 mm以内,即使在您将其安装到主板上后依然如此。我们使用花岗岩平板和千分表对每一件产品进行平面度检测,而非抽样检测。

对于宽度超过150 mm的散热器,我们采用两步工艺:先粗铣翅片通道,然后释放工件,重新夹持,再精铣通道。这消除了深槽一次切割时产生的回弹现象。最终翅片节距在整个宽度范围内保持在±0.03 mm以内。

每次发货前的检测:CMM报告与跳动证书

每件CPU散热器均在三坐标测量机(CMM)上进行全尺寸检测,分辨率达0.001 mm。我们测量底座平面度、翅片高度、槽宽以及翅片组上关键的0.02 mm跳动。您将收到一份包含实际测量值的PDF报告,而非仅盖“合格”章。这是我们精密制造流程的一部分,且对于100件以上的订单,此项服务已包含在价格中。

对于小批量订单,我们仍进行100%外观检查(毛刺和划痕),并使用千分表测量底座平面度。如果您将散热器用于高端GPU或服务器CPU,请索取CMM报告——这仅需多一天时间,但可消除所有疑虑。

表面处理选项:阳极氧化、镀镍及导热垫预贴

我们提供黑色阳极氧化(MIL-A-8625 Type II),厚度可达25 µm,可提高表面发射率以增强辐射散热。如果您希望保留铝合金原色,也可提供透明阳极氧化。对于铜底座,我们进行化学镀镍以防止腐蚀并保持可焊性。我们不涂抹导热膏——这是应由您自行选择的耗材——但如果您指定厚度,我们可在底座上预切并贴合导热垫(3M或Laird)。

所有表面处理均在厂内或由距工厂3 km内的合作伙伴完成,因此我们不会将零件外发阳极氧化而等待数周。标准CPU散热器含阳极氧化的总交期为图纸确认后15天送达您手中(DDP或EXW,由您选择)。

为什么我们这家20年CNC工厂比冲压厂更合适

冲压散热器价格低廉,但存在毛刺、翅片厚度不均和平面度差的问题。如果您设计的CPU散热器需要达到特定的热阻,您需要机加工翅片。我们拥有40台CNC加工中心,包括用于倾斜翅片阵列的4轴机床,并全天候运行。我们的最小起订量为零——我们可以为您加工单个原型并在10天内发货。这对于中国工厂而言实属罕见,但我们这样做是因为我们希望后续获得您的批量订单。
