我们如何加工基板以实现零热间隙

基板是LED封装与翅片之间的唯一接口。此处翘曲意味着气隙,而气隙则意味着热点。我们使用带真空夹具的三轴CNC加工基板,在300 mm长度上将平面度控制在0.05 mm以内。铣削后,我们进行金刚石飞切工序,以达到Ra 1.6 µm——足够光滑,可直接涂覆导热膏,无需研磨。如果您需要镜面光洁度(Ra 0.8 µm),我们会增加一道二次抛光工序,且不收取额外刀具费用。

真正推动气流的翅片几何设计

我们使用定制硬质合金锯片和高压冷却液,切割厚度低至1.5 mm、高厚比达20:1的翅片。结果:翅片间距从3 mm到8 mm,整个翅片组的跳动量为8 µm。这不是冲压金属板——每片翅片均为实心铝材,因此没有限制气流的折叠边缘。对于垂直安装,我们加工2°拔模角以促进自然对流;对于强制风冷,我们保持翅片笔直以最大限度地降低压降。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们备有6063-T5和6061-T6铝挤压型材,以及用于高导热应用的1050A。6063-T5合金的导热系数为209 W/m·K,我们在加工前验证硬度为12 HRC(80 HB)——足够软以便干净切割,足够硬以抵抗搬运过程中的凹陷。对于更高强度,6061-T6达到15 HRC,热性能损失仅为5%。我们不使用铸铝制造LED散热器;孔隙率会破坏热传递。每块坯料均附有钢厂检测证书,我们保留可追溯记录长达10年。

每次发货前的检验

没有完整尺寸报告,我们不会发货任何散热器。每批次均对安装面平面度进行三坐标测量机(CMM)检查,对基板进行表面轮廓仪读数,并对翅片间距进行通止规测试。对于关键的航空航天或医疗LED项目,我们会增加基板白光干涉扫描——这能捕捉到CMM遗漏的微翘曲。检验报告在QC通过后24小时内通过电子邮件发送给您,我们保留实物样品90天,以防现场失效。

硬质阳极氧化与透明涂层——我们的推荐

裸铝的散热性能较差(发射率约0.05)。我们提供两种标准表面处理:黑色阳极氧化(MIL-A-8625 II型,厚度18–20 µm),可将发射率提升至0.85;以及适用于注重美观的室内灯具的透明阳极氧化。对于户外IP防护等级外壳,我们推荐硬质阳极氧化(III型,40–50 µm),其增加了一层60 HRC表面层——可耐受500小时盐雾测试(依据ASTM B117)。我们不建议在翅片上喷涂粉末涂层;涂层厚度增加50–100 µm,可能封闭翅片间的气隙,使冷却效率降低高达15%。

为什么我们的12天交期优于本地打样

大多数美国或欧盟机加工车间对定制LED散热器的报价交期为3–4周,因为他们需要订购挤压模具。我们在东莞仓库备有200多种标准挤压型材,因此您的图纸一经批准,我们当天即可开始切割。对于非标准型材,我们使用线切割EDM在7天内完成模具制造——模具费用为$800–$1500,如果您订购超过500件,我们将免除这笔费用。运往美国西海岸的空运需5天,海运需18天;我们处理所有出口文件和国际贸易术语。

大功率LED散热器的最小起订量是多少?

没有起订量——我们可为您的热测试加工单个原型,并使用相同刀具扩展到每月10,000件。

能否根据我的特定LED模块定制安装孔位?

可以,我们直接在基板上加工任何孔位、沉孔或螺纹(M2至M8),并可添加弹簧夹或线夹用于COB LED。

对于100多片翅片的散热器,你们如何控制质量?

我们对整个翅片阵列使用3D激光扫描仪——可在每件2分钟内检查翅片弯曲、漏切和间距误差,任何偏差超过0.02 mm的单元都会被拒收。

定制挤压模具加加工的典型交期是多久?

模具切割需7天,首件检验需2天,生产加工需5天——首批总交期14天,若使用标准型材则为9天。
