为什么径向鳍片在自然对流中优于平板

径向鳍片产生烟囱效应。空气从外圆周进入,在鳍片间隙中上升,由温差驱动。这意味着与相同占地面积的平板底座相比,散热能力可提高15–25%,具体取决于鳍片高度和间距。我们的标准径向几何结构采用3.0 mm鳍片厚度和6.0 mm间隙,专为LED驱动器、IGBT模块和整流桥的自然对流而调校。如需强制风冷,可将鳍片间距降至4.5 mm,表面积增加12%——但建议您先根据风扇曲线测试该配置。我们将鳍片与底座一体加工——无铲削或粘合鳍片,避免在150°C下分层。

我们实际使用的材料、热处理和表面处理

我们常备6061-T6和6063-T5材料,直径从20 mm至300 mm。6063-T5的热导率高出5%(209 W/m·K vs 201 W/m·K),但较软(12–14 HRC)——适用于纯散热器本体。6061-T6(18–20 HRC)更适合攻丝或安装重型部件。对于安装面,我们加工全直径平面度为0.02 mm,底座表面粗糙度Ra 0.8 µm,鳍片Ra 1.6 µm。如需与导热垫或相变材料配合的配合面,可抛光至Ra 0.4 µm——与标准机加工表面相比,热界面电阻约降低10%。所有零件标配透明阳极氧化(8–12 µm),辐射率提升至0.85,有利于辐射传热。订单超过200件时,黑色阳极氧化免费提供。

每次发货前检测:跳动、平面度、硬度

每个散热器均在花岗岩检测平台上用千分表检测——我们不做抽样。我们对100%零件测量三项指标:(1) 外径相对于中心孔的径向跳动,控制在0.02 mm TIR以内;(2) 安装面平面度,控制在0.02 mm以内;(3) 所有螺纹孔的螺纹深度和垂直度,使用通止规检测。硬度使用洛氏硬度计对每批来料进行验证——任何T6时效后测试低于16 HRC的6061批次均被拒收。我们还对鳍片边缘进行100%目视检查,防止毛刺——鳍片上的毛刺可能刮伤配套PCB。每件零件随附尺寸报告(CMM数据),格式为PDF和Excel。您还可以要求拍摄特定批次的检测过程视频——我们只需15分钟即可拍摄并发送。

我们如何加工径向鳍片而不产生振纹或变形

径向鳍片较薄——最小厚度1.5 mm时,切削力过大会产生振动。我们在CNC车床上采用粗加工和精加工两步策略。首先,使用35°菱形刀片以每刀0.25 mm切深粗加工鳍片轮廓,留0.3 mm余量。然后使用修光刃刀片以0.05 mm切深和0.08 mm/转进给率精加工,使鳍片壁面获得一致的Ra 1.6 µm表面,无撕裂现象。对于高度超过30 mm的鳍片,我们改用4轴加工中心,配备长悬伸立铣刀(长径比5:1),并仅采用顺铣。这防止鳍片尖端偏离刀具。我们还通过主轴使用高压冷却液(70 bar)清除鳍片间的切屑——残留在间隙中的切屑会刮伤下一个鳍片表面。如需厚度小于1.5 mm的鳍片,可降至1.0 mm,但必须接受0.05 mm跳动规格和延长10%的交期,因为我们将主轴转速降至3,000 RPM以避免共振。

定制选项:螺纹、螺柱、沟槽和压配特征

大多数客户需要的不仅仅是鳍片。我们可以在同一装夹中加工以下特征到您的径向散热器上——无需二次工序,不增加交期。螺纹:M2至M12,6H级攻丝,入口孔带倒角。螺柱:可压配不锈钢螺柱(M3至M8)至底座——垂直度控制在0.05 mm。沟槽:在外径或底座上加工O型圈沟槽,用于户外LED外壳密封——按标准AS568尺寸加工。中心孔:可加工通孔或带台阶的盲孔,用于直接安装TO-220或TO-247封装。沉头孔(内六角螺钉):标准配置。如需在外径上加工台阶(用于卡扣式风扇),我们也可加工。所有定制特征均记录在您的免费DFM报告中——收到图纸后24小时内发送。

易碎鳍片边缘的包装和运输

鳍片易碎——1.5 mm厚的鳍片跌落时会弯曲。我们将每个散热器单独包装在带泡沫内衬的瓦楞纸箱中,鳍片朝上,每层之间放置纸板隔片。对于500件以上的批量订单,我们使用定制切割的EPE泡沫托盘,每个零件有独立凹槽——防止运输过程中鳍片间接触。标准出口包装为5层瓦楞纸箱,每箱最大毛重25 kg。50 kg以下订单通过DHL、FedEx或UPS发货(3–5天送达),较大订单通过空运(拼箱)发货。海运时,每个纸箱内使用防潮袋并放置干燥剂——铝材在30天海运中受潮腐蚀是真实风险。过去18个月中,我们发往美国、欧盟和日本的货物零运输损坏索赔。
