机器人关节减速器壳体 CNC 铣削:6061-T6 薄壁件 ±0.005mm 孔位

协作机器人关节壳体有三个绕不开的硬要求:轻、刚、快。重量要轻到机械臂带得动,刚性要扛得住反复启停,批量却只有每月几百件、还经常改版。找供应商最难的不是加工本身,是对方愿不愿意为 200 件的批量认真排产、为每一次改版快速响应。

项目背景与挑战

华东一家工业机器人厂商在关节壳体上吃过亏:前一家供应商能做,但每季度改版一次就拖两周交期,薄壁件变形投诉不断。他们拿着图纸找到我们时只问了一句:这种量你们接不接?

壳体材料 6061-T6,壁厚最薄处 1.2mm,轴承孔同轴度 φ0.01mm,安装孔位 ±0.005mm。难点不在公差数字本身,在薄壁——材料一夹就变形,铣完松开又是另一个形状。

BQUQ 的工艺方案

我们的做法是把工序拆开、把装夹做软,让零件在加工全程"少受外力"。

装夹设计

定制软爪加真空吸盘组合:粗加工用软爪定位夹持,精加工翻面后用真空吸盘吸附,把薄壁件"抱住"而不是"夹住",从源头消除夹持变形。

工序安排

四步走:粗加工留 0.5mm 余量 → 去应力时效 → 半精加工 → 精镗轴承孔。精镗与半精分开在不同机床完成,避免热变形和让刀叠加。
