一个机器人关节模组,身上同时有 CNC 加工的结构件、弹簧、冲压弹片和散热器——四种工艺、四种材料、四种交期。多数厂商的做法是找四家供应商,自己当总包:图纸发四次、交期协调四次、品质扯皮四次,任何一个环节掉链子,整机交付就延期。这也是我们最想讲的一个故事:四条产线在一个厂里,图纸发一次就够了。

项目背景与挑战

一家机器人公司开发新一代关节模组,BOM 里四类关键零件需要同步开发:6061-T6 铝合金关节壳体(CNC,壁厚最薄 1.2mm)、夹爪与制动复位扭簧(线径 0.5-0.8mm)、电机位置传感器的冲压弹片与屏蔽件(0.1-0.3mm 薄料)、驱动板微型散热器。四个零件分别询价时,四家供应商的样件交期从 2 周到 6 周不等,品质标准各说各话。

FAQ

四类零件一起做,质量会比单找专业厂差吗?

不会。四条产线各自独立运行、按各自工艺标准检验,只是管理界面统一了。差的不是质量,是你们的管理成本——图纸发一次、报告收一次、改版通知一次。

协同模式能省多少时间?

单工艺逐家开发,样件周期是各家之和加协调时间;协同后四条线并行,样件 3-4 周同批交付,后续改版一次通知四线同步,省的是协调周期不是工艺周期。

你们一条产线忙的时候会不会拖累其他产线?

产线资源独立调度,项目计划统一倒排,任何一条线的产能瓶颈在排产阶段就暴露并调整,不会出现"零件 A 到了、零件 B 还在排产"的尴尬。
