机器人夹爪扭簧:恒定扭力 ±5%、1000 万次寿命、48 小时出样

机器人夹爪的复位扭簧,直接决定夹爪的重复定位手感和寿命:扭力忽大忽小,夹持力就不稳定;两臂角度不对,装配就打架。扭簧在所有弹簧里最"矫情"——它是三维受力,自由角度、扭力、臂长互相牵扯,公差一紧,制造难度翻倍。

项目背景与挑战

一家协作机器人厂商为其两指夹爪开发复位扭簧:不锈钢线材,线径 0.8mm,圈数 4.5,要求在工作角度范围内扭力恒定在设定值 ±5%,使用寿命 1000 万次,且两臂角度公差 ±2°。此前供应商做出的样品扭力漂移大,夹爪抓取小零件时力度时大时小。

难点:扭簧扭力与圈数、自由角度强耦合,卷绕参数稍有波动扭力就偏;两端臂长与角度公差要靠后道整型保证;疲劳寿命要求高,表面不能有卷绕划伤——划伤就是裂纹起点。
