数据中心往 400G、800G 升级,光模块的功耗跟着涨,散热器却越做越小:齿要密、底要平、表面要黑。底面平面度差 0.05mm,芯片热量就传不出去,模块温度直接破限。散热器看着是铝件,考的是挤压模具、CNC 精加工和表面处理的接力赛。

项目背景与挑战

一家光通信设备厂商为 800G 光模块选型散热器:6063-T5 铝挤型材,鳍厚 0.8mm,底面需与发热器件贴合、平面度 ≤0.05mm,表面黑色阳极氧化提高辐射散热,年需求数万件,项目周期压得紧,从开模到首批交付只有 5 周。

难点:鳍片细密导致挤型模具流速难平衡;平面度靠 CNC 精加工保证,装夹稍有不平整就前功尽弃;阳极黑化后尺寸会微变,公差链要提前留量。

挤压与模具

按图纸设计挤型模具,通过分流孔与工作带设计平衡金属流速,试模后根据鳍片充填情况修模,稳定后再量产;6063-T5 挤压后做人工时效,保证硬度与导热兼顾。

CNC 精加工与表面处理

底面精铣用真空吸盘装夹,一次装夹完成底面与安装孔加工,平面度用大理石平台配塞尺复测;随后黑色阳极氧化,膜厚按需求控制在 8–12μm,出货前逐件检验外观与尺寸。
