基板平面度如何控制接触热阻

热量仅在金属实际接触处跨越界面传递。空气间隙充当绝缘体——0.05 mm空气间隙的热阻是铝的10倍。我们将安装面加工至0.02 mm平面度,确保与模块基板的接触面积超过85%。对于高压夹紧应用,我们可将表面研磨至0.01 mm平面度,并加工0.05 mm厚石墨垫片凹槽。这不是冲压件;每个翅片和垫片均从实心6063-T5铝锭切割而成,因此不存在模具磨损引起的翘曲。

我们加工的翅片几何形状与气流方向

根据您外壳的气流情况,我们可切割直翅片、针翅片或混合交叉切割图案。直翅片压降最低(50 mm翅高在2 m/s时压降为25 Pa)。针翅片在相同占地面积下比直翅片增加35%表面积,但需要多40%的风扇静压。我们将翅片厚度加工至最低0.8 mm,高厚比达20:1——即0.8 mm厚、16 mm高翅片,公差±0.05 mm。若您需要针对特定风扇曲线的定制翅片间距,请将CFM和静压规格发送给我们;我们将计算最佳间距并一次装夹完成切割。

此散热器使用的材料与热处理

标准材料为6063-T5铝合金,导热系数180 W/m·K,硬度60–70 HB。对于高振动环境,我们使用6061-T6(95 HB,167 W/m·K)并加厚基板。若重量是关键因素,我们提供6101-T6,导热系数218 W/m·K,但成本增加15%。所有板材在CNC加工前均经过应力消除处理,防止您拧紧螺钉后发生变形。为增强耐腐蚀性,我们提供MIL-A-8625 Type II透明阳极氧化,厚度18微米,或按要求硬质阳极氧化至50微米。

我们为您的模块添加的螺纹嵌件与安装孔

您的DC-DC模块可能采用M3或M2.5安装孔,间距为40 mm或50 mm。我们直接在基板上钻孔攻丝,或压入不锈钢螺纹护套以适应反复装配循环。孔位公差±0.01 mm,螺纹深度控制至±0.1 mm,确保螺钉不会触底顶起模块。对于通孔模块,我们增加沉孔以适配内六角螺钉,并倒角去毛刺,防止损伤PCB走线。我们还可加工热传感器凹槽或背面的布线槽。

每次发货前的检测:CMM与平面度检查

每一件DC-DC模块散热器在离开我们东莞工厂前均经过三步检测。首先,我们使用CMM(Zeiss Contura,精度±0.001 mm)对100%零件(非抽样)验证孔位和基板平面度。其次,使用表面粗糙度仪(Mitutoyo SJ-210)确认安装面Ra 0.8。第三,我们从每批次中组装一个测试模块至样品散热器,并通过热电偶装置测量热阻。任何零件不合格即报废,不返工。每次发货均附完整检测报告,包括CMM数据表和材质证书。

为何我们的CNC加工优于挤压或冲压散热器

挤压散热器价格低廉,但仅限于直翅片和固定截面。冲压翅片易弯曲且平面度差——通常为0.1 mm或更差。从铝锭进行CNC加工使我们能够切割电容凹槽、添加PCB安装螺柱,并在零件中部改变翅片密度。同时消除了模具成本(挤压模具通常为$2,000–$5,000)。对于500–2000件的生产批量,计入模具和二次加工后,CNC加工往往比挤压更经济。我们拥有40台CNC机床(3轴和4轴),可并行加工您的零件,并保持稳定的7天交期。在选择工艺前,请阅读我们的CNC刀具选择指南,了解刀具几何形状如何影响翅片壁面光洁度和公差。

敏感模块的包装与防静电保护

我们不会发送可能刮伤模块外壳的裸铝零件。每个散热器均包裹防静电泡沫,置于分隔纸箱中,然后真空密封以防止运输过程中氧化。小批量使用带干燥剂的硬质ESD袋。大批量订单使用定制瓦楞纸内衬,使每排翅片独立分隔——避免相邻零件相互摩擦。每个箱子均标注零件号、批次日期和与您PO匹配的条形码。若您需要特定包装标准(如JEDEC托盘或防静电管),我们可在48小时内完成相应工装。

我们如何处理您的图纸修订与快速原型制作
