这不是挤压成型的标准件。这是一款机加工冷却器,意味着我们可以根据您的精确气流方向切割翅片几何形状,添加安装凸台,或更改底座厚度,而无需支付新挤压模具的费用。您以接近标准冷却器的价格获得定制设计的热性能,因为我们的CNC主轴全天候运行,并将相似工件合并生产。

翅片几何形状与气流方向:我们切割翅片,而不仅仅是底座

大多数铝制冷却器采用挤压成型,这迫使所有翅片沿单一方向平行排列。我们的CNC工艺可实现径向、阶梯式或分体式翅片阵列。您需要45度角翅片以匹配鼓风式风扇?我们可以切割。您需要3 mm翅片间距以适配低静压风扇?我们能在整个块体上将该间距控制在±0.05 mm。翅片厚度可低至0.8 mm,高厚比达20:1,这意味着每平方厘米底座上有更多表面积——这就是热阻下降的关键所在。

我们还从单块6061-T6或6063-T5铝坯料上加工底座和翅片。无焊接接头,翅片与底座之间无导热界面层。热路径为连续金属,因此接头处无额外热阻。如果您需要在芯片接触区域嵌入铜块,我们可以将C1100铜块压配或钎焊至铝制底座中——这对于高瓦数处理器很常见。

本冷却器使用的材料与热处理

我们常备6061-T6(屈服强度276 MPa)和6063-T5(更适合薄翅片,屈服强度145 MPa)的板材和坯料。对于冷却器同时充当结构安装件的高频开关应用,我们可指定6082-T6。所有材料均附带钢厂证书;我们使用洛氏硬度计对每批来料进行硬度验证——6061-T6预期为8–12 HRC,虽不算硬,但在热循环下稳定。

如需硬质阳极氧化涂层(MIL-A-8625 Type III),我们施加25–50 µm厚度,将表面硬度提升至60+ HRC等效值以增强耐磨性。对于裸铝,我们提供透明铬酸盐转化涂层(MIL-DTL-5541),防止安装前氧化。我们不对散热器进行喷漆——油漆会起到绝缘作用。

每次发货前的检验:平面度、翅片间距与表面检查

每件CPU散热器铝制冷却器在出厂前均经过3步检验。第一步:CMM(三坐标测量机)探针在9个点检查底座平面度——即使我们承诺0.01 mm,超过0.012 mm即拒收。第二步:比较仪或光学测量在三个位置(前、中、后)验证翅片间距和厚度,确保翅片在加工过程中未弯曲。第三步:表面粗糙度仪测量底座接触区域的Ra值;我们以0.8 µm为目标,若您要求镜面抛光以配合液态金属导热膏,我们可达到Ra 0.2 µm。

如果您提供热源规格,我们还对每批次的一个样品进行热测试。我们安装假芯片,在底座中心布置热电偶,并在固定气流下记录热阻(°C/W)。该报告随货附上。无任何猜测。

安装夹的冲压与弹簧选项

由于我们不仅是CNC加工厂——我们还运营冲压和弹簧生产线——因此可以在同一工厂内制造安装夹或弹簧加载式推针硬件。这为您省去第二家供应商和第二次运输成本。夹片通常采用301不锈钢,厚度0.4 mm,成型为45°弯曲,公差±0.1 mm。推针弹簧采用302不锈钢丝,直径0.6 mm,在2 mm挠度下负载为5–8 N。我们对每批次弹簧在负载测试仪上进行力值测试。

如果您有塑料框架或背板,我们不注塑塑料,但我们可以加工铝制背板或Delrin原型供您测试装配。我们的冲压能力还可制造薄垫片(厚度0.05 mm),以调整安装高度,适用于非标准Z高度的处理器插座。

数量、起订量与交期:我们说的“无起订量”是认真的

我们说无起订量,就是认真的。订购一件用于原型,或10,000件用于批量生产。单价按预期下降,因为我们分摊了装夹时间——单件冷却器价格为$18–$25,视尺寸和表面处理而定;500件订单降至每件$6–$9。交期:单件7天,2,000件以内15天,10,000件25天(我们20台CNC机床分两班运行)。

对于标准尺寸(40×40 mm、50×50 mm、80×80 mm底座),我们常备6061铝坯料库存。对于定制尺寸,材料采购增加2天。如需特定阳极氧化颜色(黑色、红色、蓝色),我们每周三和周五运行批量阳极氧化线,因此交期增加3天。
