防止热点产生的底板平面度

您的IGBT模块通过底板传递热量。如果底板不平整,模块下方会形成气隙,热阻会跃升30%或更多。我们使用带真空吸盘的五轴CNC加工底板,在任意300 mm长度上将平面度控制在0.02 mm以内。我们用花岗岩平板和千分表逐件验证,而非抽样检测。如果您需要优于0.02 mm的精度,我们可以通过二次研磨工序达到0.01 mm——但这会增加3天的交期。

翅片几何:我们实际保持的厚度、间距和深度

翅片并非装饰。对于强制风冷,2.5 mm翅片厚度配合6 mm间距,在3 m/s风速下可实现表面积与气流的较佳平衡。我们将翅片厚度控制在±0.05 mm以内,这至关重要,因为如果翅片比规格厚0.1 mm,气流通道面积将损失4%。翅片深度最大可达100 mm,这是我们大型散热器的标准规格。更深的翅片需要定制刀具路径和更长的铣刀——我们的CNC切削刀具选择指南说明了如何选择正确的立铣刀,在无偏摆的情况下加工深槽。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

对于大多数大型散热器,我们选用6063-T5铝材,因为其导热系数为200 W/m·K,且易于挤压和加工。对于更高热负荷,当您需要更高强度时,我们使用6061-T6(167 W/m·K);对于液冷冷板,则使用C11000铜(385 W/m·K)。加工后,我们可以按照Type III规范进行硬质阳极氧化——表面硬度可达40 HRC,涂层厚度为0.05 mm。对于裸铝,我们进行脱脂和钝化处理,以防止与铜安装硬件发生电偶腐蚀。

我们如何在大尺寸零件上保持0.03 mm跳动度

大型散热器在加工过程中容易发生翘曲,因为去除60%的毛坯料会释放原材料中的内应力。我们在加工前对每块铝坯进行应力消除处理:加热至350°C,保温2小时,然后缓慢冷却。随后粗铣翅片,让零件在室温下静置24小时,再用轻切削精加工。这一两步工艺可将安装面的跳动度(TIR)保持在0.03 mm。如果跳过应力消除,400 mm长的散热器会出现0.15 mm的翘曲。我们从不省略这一步骤。

每次发货前的检验

每个散热器都有序列号和完整的检验报告。我们用花岗岩平台上的千分表测量平面度,用V型块和指示表测量跳动度,并用表面粗糙度仪在底板上三个点测量表面光洁度。翅片厚度用卡尺在10个随机位置检查。报告包含所有安装孔位置的CMM检测——我们将位置度控制在0.05 mm以内。您将随货收到PDF格式的报告。如果任何尺寸超出规格,我们会重新加工或报废。我们从不发货“差不多”的零件。我们的CNC加工公差指南详细说明了我们在不同特征上可保持的公差范围。

安装孔位和定制螺纹

我们不仅加工翅片。我们还为IGBT模块、热敏电阻和风扇支架钻孔和攻丝。标准孔位包括2孔、4孔和6孔配置,适用于62 mm x 108 mm和73 mm x 140 mm等常见模块尺寸。我们还可以在底板上铣削键槽、槽口或燕尾槽,用于导轨安装。螺纹采用成型丝锥加工,以获得更强的螺纹轮廓——这在多次拧紧和拆卸模块时非常重要。我们将螺纹深度控制在±0.3 mm以内,并在包装前用压缩空气清洁每个孔。

大批量生产,无起订量

我们是中国东莞的一家精密制造工厂,拥有20年CNC加工、冲压和弹簧制造经验。我们的最小起订量为零——您可以订购一件样品散热器进行测试,也可以订购5,000件用于批量生产。唯一区别在于单价。对于单件产品,我们收取少量装夹费,以覆盖CNC编程和夹具成本。订单超过100件时,装夹费予以免除。这一无起订量政策意味着您可以在投入库存之前验证您的热设计。我们已在15天内向德国、美国和日本的工程团队发货单件产品。

大尺寸零件的包装与表面保护

400 mm x 300 mm的散热器重量大且翅片锋利。我们用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹每件产品,以防止运输过程中的氧化。然后将其放入木箱中,所有边角均加泡沫垫。对于铜散热器,我们在密封袋内额外放置干燥剂包。我们根据您的紧急程度通过DHL、FedEx或海运发货。20年来,我们从未收到过运输途中散热器损坏的索赔——木箱设计和泡沫布局已证明可安全承载重达50 kg的零件。
