为何粘合鳍片在高密度热负载下优于挤压或刮削鳍片

挤压工艺将鳍片长宽比限制在约10:1,最小鳍片厚度为1.5mm。刮削工艺的鳍片高度上限为60mm,且会留下微裂纹,降低疲劳寿命。我们的粘合鳍片工艺始于机加工基板(最大400mm x 400mm)和单独冲压或CNC加工的鳍片(厚度0.3mm至3mm,高度最高150mm)。随后,我们使用120吨液压压力将基板材料冷成型至鳍片槽中。这形成了热阻低于0.05°C/W每接合点的冶金结合——这是实测数据,而非估算值。如果您的IGBT或激光二极管需要从100cm²面积上散发500W或更多热量,这种几何结构正是散热的关键。

我们常备的基板和鳍片材料,可立即加工

我们始终库存6063-T5和6061-T6铝材。6063-T5的热导率为201 W/m·K,是我们粘合鳍片基板的默认选择,因为它能干净地冷成型而不开裂。6061-T6的热导率为167 W/m·K,但机械强度更高——如果您的散热器同时充当结构支架,请选用此材料。对于腐蚀性环境,我们可以进行MIL-A-8625 II型阳极氧化(18-20微米)或III型硬质阳极氧化(40-50微米,表面硬度相当于60 HRC)。如果您需要在热源界面处使用铜嵌件,我们会在粘合前进行压配或钎焊,从而在关键位置获得铜的385 W/m·K热导率,同时在其他部位保持铝的轻量化优势。

我们的粘合治具和夹具公差——如何保持0.02mm鳍片间距

我们实测而非估算的热性能数据

我们不销售理论散热器。我们报价的每个设计均在FloTHERM中模拟,然后通过首件热测试台进行验证。测试台使用校准的100W加热块(50mm x 50mm)、热导率为3.5 W/m·K的导热膏以及八个T型热电偶。我们报告在固定气流(0、1、2和3 m/s)下从结到环境的热阻(°C/W)。对于典型的粘合鳍片散热器,每英寸8片鳍片、鳍片高度40mm、基板尺寸200mm x 200mm,在2 m/s强制风冷下热阻为0.12°C/W。这比同类刮削散热器低15%,因为我们的鳍片与基板接合处无热屏障。我们随首件附上此数据表——不额外收费。

适用于热界面的表面光洁度和平面度选项

基板底面是向冷板或PCB传热的关键表面。标准光洁度为Ra 1.6μm,适用于导热膏。对于相变材料或石墨垫,我们可将基板研磨至Ra 0.8μm。如果您使用真空钎焊或焊接接合,我们可提供研磨至Ra 0.4μm的抛光处理,整个基板平面度为0.02mm。鳍片顶部通常保持冲压状态(Ra 3.2μm),但如果您需要直接安装风扇,我们可将其铣平。我们还提供一系列表面处理:透明阳极氧化用于绝缘(最低击穿电压800V),黑色阳极氧化用于提高发射率(光谱发射率0.88),以及铬酸盐转化处理用于电气接地。

每次发货前的检验——尺寸和金相QC
