为何此散热器系列消除您的二次组装工序

带安装底座铝散热器系列02是一组预设计的冷却组件系列,其中翅片阵列和机械安装法兰由单块铝坯一体加工而成。您无需再担心对齐问题、热界面间隙以及将独立底板用螺栓固定到翅片堆上所需的额外采购交期。每件产品出厂时安装表面平面度为0.05 mm,翅片与底座之间的垂直度为0.08 mm,因此您的功率晶体管或IGBT从首次试运行起便坐落于真正的基准平面上。

采用6063-T5或6061-T6加工:屈服强度由您选择

我们为该系列常备两种常见挤压合金。6063-T5(默认)导热系数为201 W/m·K,屈服强度为145 MPa,适用于自然对流。6061-T6(升级选项)屈服强度提升至276 MPa,适用于安装底座还需充当结构支架的高振动环境。两种合金均完全符合RoHS标准。对于超过150 W的定制热负载,我们推荐采用 bonded-fin 混合结构,但就本系列而言,整体实心块设计可在500件订购量时将单件成本控制在2.80美元以下。

安装底座几何形状:沉孔、螺纹孔或T型槽

“安装底座”并非普通平板。系列02提供三种直接加工在挤压型材上的底座配置:(A) 两个M4沉孔,用于通孔螺钉安装;(B) 四个M3螺纹嵌件,用于PCB支柱直接安装;或 (C) 一个10 mm宽的T型槽,用于在测试夹具上进行可调夹紧。标准底座厚度为6 mm,但我们可以减薄至4 mm以满足重量敏感型设计,或增加至12 mm用于重型母线安装。孔位相对于零件基准的真位置度保持在0.05 mm以内。

0.4 µm表面粗糙度降低您的热阻

粗糙表面会滞留空气,而空气是极差的热导体。我们使用金刚石刀具精加工工序,将安装底座接触表面的最大Ra控制在0.4 µm(16微英寸)。这并非装饰性抛光,而是功能性平面度,与标准铣削表面Ra 1.6 µm相比,可将热界面电阻降低高达18%。如果您使用相变导热垫,该表面粗糙度可使导热垫在无需高安装压力的情况下充分润湿。

直线度和跳动:为何您的风扇不会振动松脱

对于强制风冷应用,翅片直线度至关重要。我们的CNC加工中心将翅片厚度公差控制在±0.02 mm,并在整个50 mm翅片高度上保持0.03 mm的直线度。关键跳动值——即安装底座基准与最外侧翅片边缘之间的偏差——控制在0.05 mm TIR以内。这意味着您的风扇罩或风道可以贴近翅片尖端1 mm以内而不会发生干涉,从而最大化静压和风量。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机对每个生产批次进行验证,而不仅仅是首件检验。

表面处理选项:光面、透明阳极氧化或黑色阳极氧化

裸加工铝的天然发射率仅为0.05,不利于辐射散热。我们提供三种标准表面处理:(1) 机加工态并配合化学钝化处理,适用于室内电子设备;(2) 透明阳极氧化(MIL-A-8625 Type II),膜厚8-12 µm,发射率提升至0.7;(3) 黑色阳极氧化,介电击穿电压为300 VDC,发射率提升至0.9。对于户外或冲洗环境,我们推荐黑色阳极氧化,因为它还能通过ASTM B117标准下的500小时中性盐雾测试。

厂内测试:平面度检查和热阻抗验证

我们不会仅凭一次机床校准就发货。每批带安装底座铝散热器系列02产品均经过100%外观检查,确认无加工痕迹和毛刺,并在花岗岩平板上进行统计性平面度抽检。对于热性能验证,我们会对每套新模具或工装设置中的样品在我们的热测试台架上进行测试:将一个50W功率电阻夹紧在底座上,测量外壳至环境温度的温升。您将在首批发货时免费收到此数据报告。

如何将此散热器与您的紧固件和安装硬件集成

请勿假设标准机用螺钉即可适用。配置(A)中的沉孔是为特定螺钉头高度设计的。如果您使用头部高度为3.5 mm的内六角圆柱头螺钉,沉孔深度恰好为3.2 mm,因此螺钉头会高出底座0.3 mm——这是有意为之,以便安装弹簧垫圈。对于带M3嵌件的配置(B),螺纹深度为5 mm,我们建议最小螺钉啮合为4个完整螺距。如果您不确定紧固件选型,请阅读我们的CNC刀具选型指南,了解螺纹成型与螺纹切削的区别——这也适用于您的装配工具。

为何底座孔的设计公差对您的装配线至关重要
