选择6061-T6铝还是C11000铜

铝材成本更低、重量更轻——适用于100 A以下的风冷整流器。铜材的热导率高出1.7倍(401 W/m·K对比167 W/m·K)——适用于200 A以上的水冷或大电流堆栈。

对于混合负载,我们采用搅拌摩擦焊将铜底座与铝翅片结合加工。这种混合结构可将重量减轻40%,同时保持纯铜95%的均热性能。请告知您的电流密度和冷却方式,我们将推荐合适的材料组合。

我们如何加工翅片而不产生弯曲或毛刺

晶闸管散热器的翅片是薄弱环节——薄、高且易变形。我们使用4轴CNC配合定制三刃立铣刀,转速18,000 RPM,每齿进给量0.05 mm。这使得翅片厚度公差达到±0.05 mm,毛刺高度低于0.03 mm。

我们不使用标准虎钳。相反,我们通过真空夹具从底部夹紧基板,确保切削过程中翅片零变形。加工后,我们以0.2 mm倒角去除每个翅片边缘的毛刺,然后对零件进行20分钟的滚磨处理以去除微小毛刺。装配前您无需进行二次清洁。

孔位布局与安装面:防止热点的平面度

晶闸管模块通过其基板传递热量。如果散热器表面不平整,气隙将充当绝缘体——您的结温将升高10-15°C。

我们在CNC加工后通过专用研磨工序加工安装面。结果:100 mm长度上平面度为0.02 mm,表面粗糙度为Ra 1.6。对于关键应用,我们可通过额外抛光工序达到Ra 0.8。

晶闸管螺钉孔(M4、M5、M6)以6H公差钻孔和攻丝。孔间位置公差为±0.05 mm。我们还按照IEC 60747-15规范增加沉孔,确保您的模块平稳安装,无晃动。

我们可以保证的热性能数据

在发货首批产品前,我们使用120 W功率电阻在热测试台上测试每种散热器设计。对于标准6061-T6铝散热器(10片翅片,高度25 mm,底座12 mm),在2 m/s气流下热阻为0.45 °C/W。对于铜材,相同几何形状的热阻为0.28 °C/W。

每次发货前的检验:尺寸与热性能

每件散热器均通过三坐标测量机(CMM)检查关键尺寸:底座厚度、翅片高度、孔位和表面平面度。我们将这些数值记录在随箱附带的合格证书上。

此外,我们使用2倍放大灯进行100%目视检查,检查安装面上的划痕、凹痕和变色。如果表面光洁度Ra > 1.6,我们将拒收——绝无例外。

对于500件以上的订单,我们附上内部测试台的随机抽样热测试报告。报告显示80 W、100 W和120 W下的实际温升。这不是仿真——而是实测数据。

我们使用的材料与热处理

我们仅使用来自认证钢厂/铝厂的挤压和拉制坯料。铝材为6061-T6或6063-T5(如需更好的耐腐蚀性)。铜材为C11000(ETP),最小电导率为101% IACS。

加工后,铝件在175°C下进行8小时的T6时效处理以稳定结构。这可以防止在您的焊接或安装过程中发生应力释放。铜件经过退火至半硬态,以避免加工过程中的加工硬化。

每批硬度均受控:6061-T6最低85 HB,C11000半硬态为80 HB。我们每批使用便携式硬度计检测5%的零件。如果平均硬度低于规格,我们将重新处理该批次。
