为何先挤压后CNC精加工——而非相反顺序

系列02以6063-T5铝挤压型材为起点,而非实心铝锭。挤压工艺赋予我们致密、均匀的晶粒结构,使导热性能可预测,同时保持较低的基础成本。随后,我们在主轴跳动小于0.002mm的三轴CNC机床上铣削安装面、钻通孔并切割鳍片尖端。这一顺序至关重要:如果加工铝锭散热片,需去除80%的材料,这会产生内应力,并在阳极氧化过程中导致基座翘曲。通过先挤压,我们仅去除10–15%的材料,因此零件在黑色阳极氧化槽中保持稳定。最终结果是散热片在拧紧后依然平整——而不仅仅是在出厂时平整。

鳍片几何与气流:02系列相比标准挤压件的改进

黑色阳极氧化工艺控制:厚度、封孔与盐雾测试

我们不将散热片外发进行阳极氧化。黑色阳极氧化生产线位于我们东莞工厂内部,因此我们可以控制每一批次。工艺为硫酸阳极氧化(Type II),染黑色,然后在96°C热水中封孔20分钟。我们使用涡流测厚仪对每件产品的三个点(中心及两个角)进行厚度验证,任何低于18µm的产品均被拒收。我们按照ASTM B117标准对每批生产中的样品进行48小时中性盐雾测试;黑色涂层必须无任何点蚀或褪色。这对您为何重要?封孔不良的阳极氧化层具有多孔性,会吸收指纹和油污,并充当绝缘体而非热辐射体。我们的封孔层在辐射传热方面增加了稳定的0.2°C/W发射率优势,这在被动散热方案中是可测量的。

我们不凭信任发货。系列02中的每件散热片均通过三阶段检验。首先,三坐标测量机(CMM)根据2D图纸或3D STEP文件检查安装面平面度、孔位及整体外形尺寸——我们将位置度控制在0.05mm以内。其次,表面轮廓仪测量基座和鳍片尖端的Ra值;任何超过0.8µm的产品均被拒收。第三,在3倍放大下进行目视检查,查找阳极氧化层缺陷、划痕或染料渗色。我们还对螺纹孔进行100%扭矩测试:插入校准螺钉,对M3施加0.6 Nm、对M4施加1.2 Nm——任何滑牙或开裂的孔均导致整批报废。每次发货均附带数字检验报告,包括CMM数据点和阳极氧化厚度读数。如果您希望在批量生产前获得首件检验报告,我们可在48小时内完成,且不收取额外费用。
